I would give zero stars if I could. This company has diabolical customer service and i encourage evwryone to avoid at all costs. Having returned a parcel that has clearly been lost they are still charging me over £700 for goods i do not have. No attempt was made to assist or resolve the issue and this has taken a swveretoll on my mental health. This is completely and utterly disgusting

Really poor. Box turned up missing items. Items that were there looked like they had already been worn. Returned and was charged for items that were not sent. Had already put a block on my card by that point to stop them billing. The process of getting them to acknowledge they were charging me in error was protracted. A few months later, despite having cancelled the service, they attempted to take more money out of my account which still had a block on them. Received aggressive communications about settling debt. Again, had to provide evidence that I had cancelled the subscription. Not to be trusted.

It's super easy and you can get the right look for your budget, plus you can totally customize it to your taste. It’s an amazing service.

I wear the pieces I’ve got from outfittery all the time - especially blazers, trousers, jeans, shoes.

Very easy to use website and clothes are great quality and price. Very different styles and brands available and large choice makes the box exciting to receive. Very easy to return unwanted items.

Genuinely horrific, 1 star is too many.

Ordered from them in March I think, no issue, liked the idea so thought I'd give it a try.

Box never arrived, I emailed Evri who said it had been delivered, proved that it hasn't, emailed outfittery also, and was never responded to, had emails from Evri to confirm they had lost the package, and would update OUTFITTERY. Thought nothing of it and thought I would receive a replacement, I never did and honestly forgot all about it.

Fast forward to last month and I started getting threatening emails from debtist saying the debt has been sold to them for collection.

Back and forth with them,.showing them the confirmation form Evri, only for them to say it doesn't constitute anything as outfittery haven't themselves cancelled the order.

Wish I had read reviews first, seems a lot of people on socials and here are having a myriad of bad experiences with what seems to be ostensibly a sham company looking to inflate their bank balance by falsely selling debts that done exist.

I’ve never had an experience with this company through choice.

Someone used my details, there were clothes delivered to an address I don’t own and never have

I explained this to outfitters, did everything I was asked of, provided a crime reference number and they still then sent my details over to a debt collection agency and now ignore me

The debt collection agency are just as useless and have organised a call back about ten times that has never amounted to anything

The worst company going and obviously struggling for money, the fact they have to falsely instruct a debt collection agency onto a disabled person which they were aware of also

Pure scum

Initially I was impressed by this place and ordered a box which for some reason cost £10 I don’t know if that was a subscription cost it wasn’t very well explained. But hey, they sent me a box and I was very impressed with the items but unfortunately it came at a bad time financially and I could afford to keep any item so I returned everything the same day it arrived in the same box! They confirmed receipt but then said it was short 3 items and charged me £178.92 to my PayPal account! I am absolutely disgusted, this is just theft somewhere because I packed the box myself!!

I do not have the money to satisfy my PayPal account so I’m not sure what I’m going to do if I don’t get a refund now. I’ve logged a complaint with them!

I was going to order another box as soon as I could afford some new clothes but I will not risk it now!

Great concept, terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I kept only two items from my order , the JACK & JONES chinos and the green Only & Sons jacket and returned everything else. OUTFITTERY is now saying I kept more items and has charged me £199.9 instead of the £75 for the items I actually kept.

I’ve raised a formal complaint and will be sharing my experience on social media so other customers know what’s happened.

Outfittery have sent me some really ace pieces, they’ve listened to my needs, understood my profile, and send nice quality things at a good price. The clothes come beautifully packaged, and the returns process and customer service is excellent too.

Placed an order with them, order arrived and was £504! Immediately I packaged it back up sent it back. Fast forward to a month later, they decided to charge me the full £504!!! Not only did I send it back they then denied me a charge back through my bank! I sent my bank various information proving cancellation etc but unfortunately bank sided with the horrible company! I have 2 young children and £504 was not affordable especially as the clothing could be found for more than half the price online elsewhere. After countless emails attempting to contact. They were silent. With my money. DISGUSTING taking money off a young family who doesn’t even have the product.

Just had a phone call wanting me to renew my subscription. I said I might think about it and told them to send me an email. They wouldn’t stop talking despite me telling them I was at work, had to just hang up in the end. Minutes later a PayPal payment to them appeared.
This has clearly gone from clothes shop to phone scams to get by.
I stopped the subscription because the clothes were average

Do not use this service. They have just deducted money from my account and placed an order without my consent.
