IceVPN Reviews 

This VPN is about a year old. I signed up with a promotion and can say that the service has greatly introduced over time. The speeds have improved tremendously, and better yet banking sites won't block me anymore, like they did with another service.
There are still a few things missing, like a native Linux client and Killswitch, but in general a very solid service.

The Android application is very poorly made and is never relaibale; barely works, if it does at all on a rare occasions. The Windows application seems to work acceptably.

I purchased IceVPN lifetime, and so far I am very satisfied with the speeds.
The VPN is extremely fast, I've tested both the desktop application and Android application, they both have very great speeds.

In terms of the features, it has all most important features, such as a kill switch, ipv6 and dns leak protection, startup & auto connect, and even split tunneling.
It has 83 different servers to choose from, I'm quite happy with that as well.
I have used it since the 14th, haven't noticed any lacking speeds, torrenting is very fast as well which was really pleasantly surprising.
(Plus the fact that the limit applies to 5 simultaneous connections and not device logins is amazing too!)

The privacy policy appears great, with a no logging claim.

My only request would be that the no logging claim is verified with third party audits, if this happens, I would argue that this is an extremely powerful option especially for the lifetime price.

Yes I am quite interested in any of the updates, so far I'm very happy with both the desktop & android apps so I'm excited to see what IceVPN has to offer.

I appreciate that you respond to feedback, third party audits would make IceVPN an extremely lucrative offer and would make users trust the platform heavily, so thank you for looking into those.
If you get third party audits confirming no logs, continue to remain dedicated to privacy & security like you've done with Icedrive, protect user privacy by never handing logs to any agency or entity, then we can all be assured that IceVPN would be one of the top competitors in the VPN industry, especially due to the lifetime option.

Very good VPN. No lag so far.

I initially bought this for use with my Nvidia Shield streaming box but alas when I go to the Google store to download it I am rolls it is not available for it plus I cannot get an app for my iphone. It works as it should on my windows pc but I am not on it that much. Great service but Limited operating systems.

I love it, very easy to use and many features to look through. Works flawlessly for me.

I'm reviewing my experience with version 2.0 of the Windows Client
Pros:
GUI is easy to use
Connection is fast
Service supports a wide range of operating systems, devices & protocols.

Cons:
-Took 1 year to get an update to the Windows Client.
-Internet Kill Switch only works if the Internet goes down. In other words if you manually disconnect from the VPN the Kill Switch doesn't activate. All other clients have this feature, Internet Should be disabled regardless of how you disconnect from VPN.
Settings are forgotten at least once a month. Very irritating that you have to login and set all the settings again. This makes using features such as split tunneling cumbersome. And I've given up with split tunneling for this reason.
-Doesn't always auto reconnect after connection loss.
-Icon in the notification area of the taskbar gives no visual indication of whether it's connected or not so I'm constantly having to open the App to see if it's connected or not.

All these things add up to a lack of confidence in the App & Service. Have raised in Forums but got lackluster response so I'm not expecting these to ever be fixed.

If you intend on using ICEVpn with Windows then it's very hard to recommend this service at the moment. I cannot speak for all the other supported OS, devices & protocols.

I have purchased lifetime subscription, after passing more than 18 months, iOS application still not available.

IceVPN is a topnotch VPN service. I've tried several different VPNs over the years, and I settled on this one after Kaspersky got banned. So yeah, it's my favorite so far.

It does the job as a VPN. I wish they had more servers tho.

Reliable service. I need a VPN 24/7 both on a PC and phone, and that’s the main thing for me. I'm using IceVPN from the very start of the service and I can say that the first versions of the apps for Android and Windows weren't very successful, but there are no issues with the latest versions. The connection speed is excellent, and the ping is great. In terms of the price-quality balance, the IceVPN service is the best of all those I have used.

Vpn doesn't work on all wifi networks.
Customer service is not responsive.

Amazing. User friendly, continuously improving. Excellent customer service. Great VPN service, great Android and Windows applications.

Weekend trips frequently involve relying on hotel internet. Icevpn has performed consistently during every stay so far.

Overall they are like 2 years in the market, and they offer a good service for reasonable price. I think they are growing and improving.
For the price is a good service, but you must run DNS/WebRTC leak test after connecting to check if the server is updated.

I actually have problems with the service( not able to reach sites) but seems support do not answer.
Actually I don't think I will renew the service. I have great hopes...I hope they will improve
Looking online seems once you pass the money-back period they will not answer anymore. Hope it is a coincidence and they are simply busy

OK on PC but been waiting a long time for the promised IOS / Android versions and no delivery in sight... Its a shame as I am now looking for alternatives...
