Definitely the best hosting service I have used over about 25 years. Reliable, responsive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I'm just a small fish in their very large pond (handful of domains and a few websites) but they are as responsive to my occasional problem as I could wish.

Without doubt the best hosting in the uk. And at a fabulous price too. Lots of competitors are charging as much as they possibly can, for an inferior service. Ive used krystal for years and will continue to do so for years.

I have been with Krystal for a number of years now. Having put up with a cheaper, poorer service with another re-seller I was fortunate to have come across Krystal. Their service is second to none. Any issues with my sites are generally resolved withing hours, not days. The issues tend to be of my making and yet I am never made to feel an idiot when I make basic errors which crash my site. Their team of experts are such professionals! Their reseller package may not be the cheapest but they are 'the best'.

I've been using Krystal for a number of years and they have been a joy to work with. Their tech support team are really good and knowledgeable. Always communicated with them over livechat if I have any issues. They also have a discord channel which is handy.
