3 posts with low view counts
You have now posted 3 of the posts you created and they have all gotten very low views counts. On the first one it got only 6 views with the post that I did before that one getting 19 and the post after it 28. On the second, your views were 7 while mine were 14 and 6. Finally, on the third your views were 7 again while mine were 8 and 17. Only 1 of my posts did worse than yours and most of them did substantially better.

With that said, we are seeing different numbers than yours in our reporting.

Post 2: reach 10 - published 7/10
Post 3: reach 12 - published 7/7
These posts are very recent, and all of them are generating reach. I am confident that if you give them more time, they will generate even more.

First, thank you for giving us a try — and I'm genuinely sorry the first week didn't bring the inquiries you were hoping for. That's a fair thing to be disappointed about, and I don't want to brush it aside.
I did want to share a bit of context that I think changes the picture, because I don't want you to give up on this before it's had a real chance to work.
You connected your Facebook account on July 3rd. Since posts go out every few days, only about two or three had actually gone live by the time you wrote your review roughly a week later. That's simply not enough runway for social posting to generate inquiries — it works by building visibility steadily over several weeks, and the leads tend to follow once that momentum is there.
Here's what your account has already generated in that first week, though, which is actually a healthy start:
• Reach: real people saw your posts, from a very small number of posts
• Engagement: people interacted rather than scrolling past
• Links & reactions: early signs of genuine interest
In other words, everything is set up correctly and working — you're just at the very beginning of the curve. What typically happens by weeks four to eight, with consistent posting, is that reach compounds, a portion of that audience starts clicking through, and inquiries begin coming in.

BAD trial experience, and Great cs update
I got on the trial. Your AI made some posts. Some were mostly pretty good, but on half of them, both the photos and some of the text and hashtags were so counterproductive that they would have cost me sales, not brought them in.
So I spent an hour and a half, painstakingly editing, swapping photos, etc. When I was finished it ignored everything I spent all that time doing, and kept its problematic originals. That is lame. If you want my business you really should do something about that. It was bad bad bad. Zero stars. Update, on July 2. Kliken got right back to me, not just 1 but 2 of the team there. They were apologetic, and concerned. They found a software glitch, and they can fix it!

Great easy to use platform… the posts were engaging and really could have gone out as they were. I tweaked a few images and changed a few words to make it sound more like the tone of our place, but it was impressive how much time this saved and how nice the posts are… We are probably going to go with the annual plan and give it time to organically post and attract new customers to our site at RunawayBayLodge.com
