This company is is scam,,,why decide to run away instead of looking for a partnership with other brokers like matchtrader,trade locker,etc.They closed the firm and they are no longer responding to traders with active challenges or those waiting for a payout.They also have unreliable support who takes days to respond.I encourage traders to stay away of any new firm,any firm with low prices,easy rules,big discounts codes.So I deeply regret investing in this firm😭😭

regarding the recent denial of my payout, which was accompanied by an apology. While I acknowledge that any rule violations on my part would indeed be my responsibility, the apology issued in this context is both inappropriate and inadequate.

It is clear that the responsibility for processing payouts does not lie with the prop firm in question. However, for Eight Cap, such a lackadaisical approach to this matter is extremely disconcerting and reflects poorly on the firm's reputation. It is deeply regrettable that a company of your standing would exhibit such unprofessionalism in handling this situation

honestly FFT is prob the best prop firm right now, their support is impressive cus even the CEO engages with people but overall their trading conditions are pretty good i’d highly recommend this firm most especially for traders starting out because it’s beginner friendly.

Absolutely they have less problems and even do it happens they are always there to solve it out for you. Not support team but the CEO himself will attend you and make sure your problem is solve… This is a great achievement.

THIS FIRM IS A SCAM i bought a $500 account from them just to try it out for £3.88 and then i see more money being taken out of my account with no idea of where its going and keep in mind i didnt buy anything that day. reporting for FRAUD
