Bestelling geplaatst voor Disney account. Onder offer details staat dat je na bestelling een product code ontvangt. Er staat niet bij dat dit een gedeelde prodcutcode is. Na betaling blijkt dat ik dit gedeelde Disney account ook nog eens moet betalen voor 159,90 euro per jaar. Na melding bij de klantenservice wordt verzoek tot terugbetaling afgewezen omdat ze vinden dat verkoper aan voorwaarden heeft voldaan.

Na melding op trustpilot heb ik reactie van verkoper ontvangen. Ik krijg pas een nieuw gedeelde account als ik deze negatieve ervaring verwijder. Status hebben ze veranderd naar product afgeleverd, maar ik heb nooit een werkend product ontvangen. Ik ben mijn geld kwijt, het is niet anders. PURE OPLICHTING!!!!!!

The order was placed **outside the seller’s working hours**, which are clearly visible on the seller’s profile before purchase. Despite this, the product was **delivered the very next morning**, fully and correctly. A short delay overnight is not a failure to deliver and does not indicate any wrongdoing.
Your claim that “nothing was received” is false. The product was delivered exactly as described in the offer details you accepted before checkout. The delivery format, usage limitations, and conditions were clearly stated in advance. Nothing was changed after payment, and nothing was hidden.
It is also incorrect to say that no one responded. Both the seller and the support system were notified, and delivery was completed as soon as working hours resumed. Standard response time for tickets can take up to 24 hours, especially when they are created late at night.
There is no scam here and cannot be any. Sellers on Difmark are verified, deliveries are logged, and this order was completed properly. All your messages and requests are documented and saved. Insulting language, rudeness, and accusations to seller and our support agents do not change the facts of the transaction.

Toen ik aanvankelijk een account kocht…
Toen ik aanvankelijk een account kocht was het mij niet helemaal duidelijk dat het om een gedeeld account ging en ik het spel niet op mijn eigen PSN account kon spelen. Deze informatie was wel op de site te vinden, maar deze had ik over het hoofd gezien. Toen ik vervolgens teleurgesteld contact op nam ben ik goed geholpen waarna toch geregeld is dat ik het op mijn eigen account kan spelen. Kortom: Geweldige service dus.
