Extremely frustrated!!
I subscribed to get the Magnesium back on July 3rd. On Aug 3rd I got a notification my credit card was going to be charged again for my second bottle…I still haven’t gotten the first bottle August 18th! I called and left 2 messages August 3rd, that still haven’t been returned and sent 2 emails to no response. I did finally get ahold of a live voice so that my credit card was actually not charged again, however I STILL have not received my first bottle and there has been no update from the company. I also ordered Silical 1 & 2. I received 2 but again…still have not received the 1. I ended up ordering it from Amazon and received the product in 3 days. I have paid for 2 products back the first part of July that I have not received and had no follow up from the company. Extremely poor customer service, especially when I left messages twice in 2 different avenues!! I have been a follower of Dr Colbert for about 30 years. I was excited to start using his product however I’m not willing to use a product that I cannot seem to get any sort of customer service.
