Bad customer service
They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Told our order had shipped, only to chase them multiple times via email and phone, to finally get an email back saying out of stock. Customer service wasn't good at all for the amount of money we had spent. And who knows when they would have told me my item was out of stocked if I hadn't chased THEM

We understand that there has been frustration on your side that one of the product that you have ordered, it could not be fulfilled, our team member has advised you that the issue was only found out when the actual processing in the warehouse occurred, our warehouse team was trying to get new stock for you as well, which took couple days for them to try it, however, it was not successful.
At your request, we have refunded your order in full immediately.

Damaged table and no resolution!
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Divano Furniture. The delivery took weeks and far longer than promised, and when the table finally arrived, it was severely damaged.
Customer service initially acknowledged the issue and promised to send a replacement. Unfortunately, after making that promise, they completely stopped responding. Numerous calls and emails have been ignored, and no replacement has ever been provided.
I am now left with a badly damaged table that cost almost $2000 and no resolution. The lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Once they had my money, they showed no interest in honouring their commitment to rectify the issue.

Missing plastic plug of one chair.
One of the chairs delivered is missing a white plastic oval shaped plug on a rear leg.
When it was delivered it was the chair on the bottom of the stack that had the packaging damaged at the bottom of the chairs leg. The plastic plug must have fallen off at some stage.
Can you please mail me a white oval shaped plastic plug for the rear leg of the chair I ordered.

Authentic ceramic-top table
I was browsing around for ceramic dining tables that aren’t made from MDF. So many expensive ones out there, but this was a good find. I even hesitated since there were no reviews but when it arrived and we built it, I can confirm it really is of good quality. The ceramic-glass material combined feels very durable, and it was even too heavy to lift. We needed 3-4 people to lift the table off the floor and make it upright. Easy to clean and the marble patterns are gorgeous.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. The payment appeared twice on my account on different dates, which caused unnecessary stress and even left my account in negative.
I was told to contact my bank, then was repeatedly called and pressured to cancel the dispute. The constant calls were excessive and felt like harassment.
The whole situation came down to poor communication and unprofessional handling. This should have been explained clearly from the start instead of putting the burden on the customer.

The reason there were 2 transaction showing on your account, was due to the delay with settlement by the bank, the 1st one was an authorization transaction only, which no actual amount taken out of your bank account, only the 2nd one which was the actual settlement that the purchase amount was settled on your account.
This is a very rare technical issue that has happened to you, thus, our team advised you to checked with your bank for actual amount taken out of your account, rather than lodging fraudulent transaction claim with the bank, thus our team was trying to call you to confirm with you at your end before we response back to our bank.
