Shipped non-functional merchandise that failed basic quality and composition testing.
Merchant charged for a physical product (MK-677) under Lot 2605-SXH-MK20-01, but fraudulently shipped an entirely inert, non-functional filler substance (pure starch) that failed all composition testing.

Hi Richard,
We take allegations of product misrepresentation, fraudulent labeling, and failed composition testing extremely seriously.
Our MK-677 has undergone independent third-party laboratory testing through BioViridian, which verified 99.65% purity in the sample tested. We stand behind our commitment to product quality, transparency, and scientific verification.
We have contacted you directly and offered a full refund PLUS an additional $1,000 if you can provide legitimate, independently verifiable laboratory results confirming your allegations.
Given the severity and certainty of your accusations, without any supporting laboratory evidence provided to us, the nature of this review raises concerns about whether it reflects a genuine customer experience or potentially an attempt to damage our business's reputation.
We welcome legitimate feedback and independent scientific scrutiny. However, accusations of fraud should be supported by credible evidence.
We look forward to receiving your laboratory results and resolving this matter transparently.

The products arrived very quickly and…
The products arrived very quickly and on time, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed that no instructions were included. When I reached out for help, the only guidance I received was through AI, which directed me to check the reconstitution chart.
Although I prepared the product by carefully following that chart, I never felt completely confident or comfortable using it because I didn’t receive clear, personalized instructions or support. For a product like this, I believe proper guidance is extremely important, especially for customers who want to make sure they are preparing and using it correctly and safely.
The fast shipping was definitely a positive experience, but I wish the customer support and instructions had provided the same level of confidence.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We’re very glad to hear that your order arrived quickly and on time, but we’re genuinely sorry that the support you received left you feeling uncertain or without the clarity you were looking for.
We completely understand how important it is to feel confident that you have clear information available when reviewing a product. Because all of our products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use, we’re unable to provide personalized instructions, dosing guidance, administration recommendations, or guidance regarding use in people or animals.
That said, we understand that the way this information was communicated to you could have been clearer and more helpful.
We truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us identify where we can improve our communication and overall customer experience, and we’re grateful you took the time to share both the positive and the areas where we fell short.

After trying multiple companies, Glow Peptides has easily become my go-to. The quality, professionalism and overall experience exceeded my expectations from the very first order. Shipping was fast, packaging was secure and everything arrived exactly as expected.
You can tell they take quality seriously and that’s hard to find these days. I felt confident ordering from them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
