I am getting really tired of Gainsty’s unsolicited marketing emails.
I never asked for their services, never signed up for their emails and never gave permission to be contacted. Yet I have now received multiple promotional emails referring specifically to my Instagram account, written as if someone had personally reviewed my profile.
The messages come under different sender names, but the content and sales pitch are basically the same. That makes the “personal” approach feel automated and misleading rather than genuine.
What bothers me most is that there is no clear explanation of where they obtained my email address or why they think they have permission to use it for marketing.
I have now reported these emails as spam and have also filed a report with the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
If a company wants to build trust, repeatedly sending unsolicited sales emails is not the way to do it.

Stay away from Gainsty!
I was ready to go with GAINSTY and their services. The website seemed serious, I would even be asigned a personal manager.
When I had to introduce my CC info twice, once with paddle and once with Gainsty, I contacted their support, expressing my doubts before continuing the process. Of course they said it was all legitime. So I went on. There was no confirmation mail for my registration, noting with a link to the dashboard, nothing at all!
I contacted my personal manager in both ways, whats app and email .... no answer. Having my instinct confirmed that this is all not serious, I blocked and canceled my credit card right away.
And of course, today they get in touch with me, after the 7-day free trial ended, wanting to engage with me .....
Stay away from GAINSTy, this is a huge scam. Too bad!

I used their service for second time…
I used their service for second time now. And its perfect. It boosts engagement on my dogs account, plus all i need to do is to make posts. Followers are people who are interested in cocker spaniels. I could not want more. I even tried more so called similar services, and most of them sell fakes, which i had difficulties removing. Thank you Gainsty for making my account bloom!

Just look at all the 5 star reviews. They only have 1 review. Don't fall for it. Nothing but a scam. They keep spamming me on all account I manage. Hard to get rid of them. Never ever do business with this company. It's the same slightly different message on each account. This has been going on for months. Stop this!
