The phone number provided on google links to this company 07462221581 they scammed me this morning, they said I had a missing parcel which I do then took details to apparently compensate then money went missing. £95 down because I answered a call. They said they were working for behalf of vinted. When I search the number on google its british homes direct they called on WhatsApp claiming to be customer support.

100% scam company

Please don’t believe the slick website, social media ads, 50% off ending in 5 hours, and fast nationwide delivery. We spent £900 with a 3-10 day delivery. No delivery. No communication whatsoever. 2 phones ring out and lead to a full voicemail or a recording that says wrong number. Email is an auto reply. Live chat puts you in a queue then bumps you when you get to the front. I tried to contact them for 8 hours and finally got a hold of the poor social media person. Now saying delivery will be 25 days after order. Absolutely not. Our garden project is left half finished, delayed and over cost with trades waiting. I’m now battling to get a prompt refund and have seen the company is in liquidation. All of this could have been avoided with a more honest and reputable company. Please please do your research before you part with your money.

I do however thank the social media person for at least responding to me. I just hope we can claim our money back now. Devastated.

I have also learned this company has a liquidation notice. This really should be advertised as a liquidation sale or they really shouldn't be taking money when they are unable to fulfill orders. I am desperately trying to get a refund for over £900 now so I can finish my garden renovation, something I worked really hard to save for.

Joke of a customer service 25 year guarantee cant even guarantee delivery getting to you. Customer service ends when u pay !

Frauds. British Homes direct is a running a scam. Sending wrong panels all across uk and demanding £39.99 to refund it. Earning double money by scamming people.

Don`t buy anything from these cowboys !! if your transaction doesn`t go smooth all you get are lies lies lies and no resolution

Not yet received my panels even although I have had messages with delivery dates and a text message from a driver to say he is on his way. Poor communication, missed delivery dates, still waiting for my panels.

Wrong colour panels sent. We repainted them.
Lighting kit is falsely advertised. No ability to change the colour temperature or app control.
Led driver failed after 5 months, company impossible to contact.
Basically as everyone else has stated a total scam company.

Ordered some acoustic panels and led lights to fit in them, they just slipped straight out onto the floor. They should hold in place.i rang BHD up, no answer,went straight to voicemail saying the voice mail is full, then line went dead.then I tried WhatsApp.a Afrikaan man answered, I couldn’t understand most of what he said,he asked me to download a Lemfi App. It is an international money App. Seems too dodgy. BE VERY CAREFUL

I stupidly didn't realise and I am still waiting for the bowls I ordered.

Updated to say the delivery company fleetexpress.com site is up for sale, so that was fake too.

This company is a shambles. No response to calls or emails. They don’t answer the phone just dials out. There delivery suggests 3-10 days but have been waiting weeks. You can’t track orders and you don’t get notified about your order. DO NOT USE

Absolutely scam company, I ordered panels and needed 1 more to finish the job and was sent the wrong ones. No one picking the phones or answering emails, daylight robbery

Garbage company. You try and phone customer services and are diverted to Nigerian scammers, who will try to get you to download an app and then take your money. Avoid at all costs.

After being sent the completely wrong colour of panel and sending photos to verify it they say that ther panels are batch produced and a variation of colour can happen get a look at the photos and see if you think they all need to go to spec savers.
I had bought 6 and required a further one to finish the job apparently its all my fall for not measuring up correctly well no where dose it say you lose 10mm on the join on each one so my measuring was fine I just needed a 60mm strip to complete the job.
Look at the colour I used light oak and the sent dark oak no difference there if you are colour blind or just out to get you money.
If I could have given a 0 then I would have unfortunately it's a one star but a 0 from me .
Don't waste you time and money hear there's absolutely no was to contact them if you have any problems telephone just rings and you get a message saying answer machine full good bye.
Emails are egnord ,I used social media and a girl contacted me to try and help but I fear she might have been told off for trying to help me then I got the oh it's the same colour.
I just noticed that I can't attach photos sorry for that .

Not a post i usually make but........stay well clear of this company.
We have recieved a delivery 2 weeks ago which isn't anywhere near the same as advertised...nearly £800 worth too.

Colour is ridiculous to advertised colour.

Have contacted many times sent photos etc asking for collection and refund.

Zero response.

Trading standards and ombudsman next is only option.

Really annoying …needed 1 board to finish job … ordered it with daylight robbery delivery . They delivered the wrong colour. No one answers phones or emails so avoid if you don’t want to waste money
