My laser cutter arrived today. Shipping was very fast. The cutter was very professionally packed and everything was included as advertised. The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow and I had it assembled in 30 minutes.

Had an issue with my laser machine when it arrived so was in constant communication with seller. This has all been sorted and I’m happy to say the Seller has promised to send me a new outer cover upon new stock coming in. Thank you for sorting this out.

Excellent customer service, quick to respond to questions and work to resolve any issues. Very happy customer.

While the stated 3-5 day delivery is definitely incorrect, I cannot fault Blazexlaser's customer service. After a few initial issues they kept me updated on my delivery status and did everything they could to resolve my problems

I found Blazex as a company for buying products online amongst the best experiences I have ever had. There were no problems with delivery schedule, arrived within the timeframe, easy product to assemble and set up, lots of explanatory Videos available online, I have bought the roller accessory and the IR Module for Metal both of which were delivered on schedule. There was one slight issue in that the original bundle included the Camera Module which was not in the box, I contacted customer service and have to say was very impressed with the help given, they advised that the camera was out of stock but was due in, they have kept me informed every step of the way and have been brilliant. I can't praise them enough, brilliant experience.

I have just ordered this and I can not wait to dive right in. I had lots of questions and reached out. Their response time was immediate and professional all of my questions were answered and was provided with suggestions as well. I will write another review once I have it up and running.

Absolutely amazing service and customer services messaged them about a query I had and was answered within 24 hours. Also if anyone is thinking of getting a blazex m3 laser engraver do it there an amazing machine can not fault them at all.

Absolutely terrible experience with BlazeX. My order was never completely fulfilled, yet they expected me to pay return shipping. They claimed missing items were “out of stock” while continuing to advertise them for sale with delivery within days.

They also tried to withhold my refund for an air assist they never even sent until I returned the machine. I ultimately had to dispute the charges through Afterpay myself.

Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, their listed WhatsApp number doesn’t work, and their return process is unnecessarily difficult. I have screenshots and receipts documenting everything.

I would not recommend BlazeX.

BlazeX customer support has been outstanding! They are very responsive and provide an immediate solution to issues. I can’t wait to get started using the BlazeX engraver/cutter. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a laser machine, try BlazeX.

I did a fair amount of research before deciding to order the BlazeX M3 all inclusive package. Ordered a laser engraver off Amazon last year but returned it as it just didn’t appear quality and the assembly required an engineer. With the M3 order I not only got a nice discount offered but looked forward to an easy go out of the box. Admittedly I was very concerned when just the basic set up arrived without the additional accessories that were supposed to be included. Of course I immediately panicked and thought “oh crap, scammed”. Nope, not the case! I was able to easily contact customer support via email (I don’t have what’s app) and heard back within hours. It was explained the the items I was missing are back ordered but on the way and was given the estimated shipping dates. Soooo, all good. I grew up in the days when you ordered by mail, sent a check and waited a month or two to get an item. Yes, things are different now, but patience is a thing to work on for those who require instant delivery. With that said, in the process of learning the equipment. Very well manufactured and quality. Comprehensive manual is easy to follow even for this old lady. I feel pretty confident in Blaze X and look forward to creating with my new laser.

The machine is absolutely amazing it is the best thing I’ve ever bought and I love how it helps me achieve the things I make I would tell everyone to get one that is in to making stuff to get one of those little machines and i would definitely buy one again in the future x

I received a faulty machine that blew a breaker in my home. I unplugged it and contacted for a return and have been fighting back and
Forth on it for over a month. They want me to take a video recreating the incident which I don’t want to risk and now they want I to
Charge me a return fee and a depreciation fee for a product I never used!

Hello, I bought the BlazeX M3 pro a couple of weeks ago and once I dialed my settings in. I was super happy with the engravings and details the machine put out. I also ordered the camera, extraction air purifier and air assist yes they came separately but the company is brilliant in my opinion and has been nothing better helpful on social media and has recognised my posts of my creations with the machine. They are a new company but they are a great one and they have a lovely little community. I am very impressed so far. Thank you very much BlazeX and your customer service

Helpful customer service! Got my machine up and running when I was struggling! Even cancelled an order for an incompatible item!

I was hesitant at first been looking at it for awhile maybe 4 months. Finally decided to get not only one, a few the all in one bundle. So far I'm loving it. Can't wait to learn alot more and start showing it off like everyone else.

Update:I am having so much fun with my BlazeX. Amazing company with prompt responses! I ordered the Blaze X M3 Pro and received it in a timely manner. It’s a very cool little machine. Easy to set up and engraving. I am really happy with this engraver.

I was really wary of ordering this laser due to some of the reviews on here. I put it on the credit card to have extra protection if it went wrong.
I ordered on a Thursday afternoon, the laser arrived on the Sunday. It would have been on the Saturday if the DPD driver had done his round. As with others the air assist, purifier and roller didn't arrive with the laser.... Here we go.....
I messaged the company to see when(if) I would get the remainder items. This was on the Tuesday. I had a response on the Wednesday saying that the remainder items had been despatched. These I received on the Friday. So everything arrived within 8 days.
Air purifier and air assist work great. I would say over 90% of the smoke is gone.
I am over the moon with the service and the equipment. It's so easy to use, and cuts and engraves beautifully.
Price is fantastic for the quality of kit received.
