Outstanding service good advice and…
Outstanding service good advice and very easy to understand answers to my questions. I am 89 years old and sometimes the terms mentioned up up a query but this company was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for older people who need sensible and honest insurance advice and understandable answers.

Great customer service and ease of service
Amazing price for the cover although 150 pounds more than what I am used against others it was a great price it's tough the price though as I'm 63 years of age and been driving around 45 years it doesn't seem respect for someone like me to be the price it was

Automatic renewal RIP OFF…
My Dad had home insurance which he took out with AgeUK. With Covid and the death of my mother he fell behind on admin and his home insurance went into automatic renewal. The policy was with LV - AgeUK / Ageco is just the front. When we got on top of things we found that my Dad was paying **4 times** as much as he needed to and we did not renew with AgeUK/ LV. You think that Age UK would prevent exploitation of older people, but no - they’re just about the money. Lesson learned - RIP off.

I had a bad experience with a couldn’t care less attitude from my present insurers
I had a bad couldn’t care less attitude when I wanted to rearrange House and Contents with my present Insurers so much so I hung up. Barely able to understand their accent and they couldn’t understand properly and I was unable to speak to a Manager when I requested it.
My first port of call was Age Uk and I wasn’t disappointed and the person I spoke to exceeded my expectations for straightforwardness and efficiency.
I was happy with the price and my documents were in my possession very soon after by email.
