We have had the privilege of working with Kokila CK Jayakumar as a math teacher for two of our children for the past three years. We have had an excellent experience with her and have been consistently impressed by her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her students.

Kokila makes a genuine effort to connect with each child, understand their individual learning needs, and make mathematics engaging and approachable. Her patience, encouragement, and personalized teaching approach have helped our children build confidence and develop a stronger understanding of mathematics.

Our children have truly thrived under her guidance. We are very grateful for the positive impact she has had on their learning journey and would highly recommend Kokila CK Jayakumar as a dedicated and caring math teacher.

The tutor is very receptive, subject to changes as per our requirements, communicates well and is very punctual. She made my kid’s interest in math upgraded from 1 to 10 and I am glad to have her as my kid’s math tutor

The teacher is very patient and knows how to manage children. Concepts are explained well. The platform is designed in a way that keeps the student hooked on and helps avoid distractions.

It has been almost 16 months of a wonderful journey with Poonam Ma’am at Cuemath. Her teaching is truly next level—she quickly identifies where a child is lacking and provides customized explanations so the concept becomes clear. Whether preparing Sarvik for Olympiad or school exams, I only needed to notify her of exam dates and syllabus; she took complete responsibility for his preparation.From the time I enrolled Sarvik in Cuemath, I stopped checking on his Math progress because I had full trust that Poonam Ma’am would take care of everything. That trust has only grown stronger. Thank you so much, Ma’am, for your dedicated efforts and for grooming Sarvik so well in Math concepts.

Teacher is interactive and listens

Our teacher Ms. Sara Ali is very resourceful and makes learning fun. Cuemath has been responsive in meeting our family’s needs

The concept makes it great. It's uncommon to traditional approach and kids love it. Swati Jajoo has mastered this approach and has the best soft skills to inculcate these onto her students. Her teaching style makes maths more interesting and helps students feel confident in solving problems. I really appreciate her dedication, encouragement, and effort to help every student improve.

Sarah ma’am is a wonderful math teacher. She is patient, supportive, and explains concepts clearly. My daughter enjoys learning with her and has become more confident in math.

I paid for an entire year of services upfront, and unfortunately I deeply regret doing so.

The biggest problem is the complete lack of reliability and appropriate customer support. On two separate occasions, my child's scheduled class had already started and then, approximately 15 minutes into the class, it was stopped. This is extremely disruptive and inappropriate, especially when dealing with a child's education and a service that has already been paid for in advance.

After the first incident, I immediately opened a support ticket. They apologized, but then the same problem happened again the very next day. An apology means very little when the exact same issue is immediately repeated.

Another serious problem is the lack of access to a real person when something goes wrong. Everything seems to depend on the software and ticketing system. Even when I raise a ticket about an urgent issue affecting my child's class, I may have to wait several days—sometimes as long as five days—to receive a response or have someone contact me.

This makes the entire educational process unnecessarily complicated and stressful. Parents should not have to spend their time opening tickets and waiting days for assistance simply to receive the educational services they have already paid for.

I paid for a full year expecting consistent classes, professional service, and reasonable customer support. Instead, I feel that I am wasting both my time and my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. The reliability of the system, handling of scheduled classes, and access to customer support need serious improvement.

Nikita is very smart, talented, and knows how to handle kids really well. She has great enthusiasm for teaching, and my girl always looks forward to her math classes. Nikita doesn’t take much time to help kids understand a concept clearly, and I have seen a lot of improvement in my girl’s math skills since she started learning with her. We’re very happy with her!

Cuemath is a great platform for kids to learn mathematics in a simple, engaging, and fun way. I’m really happy with the positive changes I’ve seen in my child since he joined Cuemath.
A special thanks to Ms. Pallavi for teaching him so patiently and for always listening to and understanding all his requests. Her dedication and friendly approach have made learning math much more enjoyable for him.
In today’s world, finding a good math teacher is not always easy, but Cuemath has solved that problem by providing quality online classes for children who may not have access to a good math teacher nearby.
I also appreciate how they help children not only with the concepts taught in class but also with solving their school homework and clearing their doubts.
Overall, I’m very happy with Cuemath and especially grateful to Ms. Pallavi for her wonderful support and guidance. Highly recommended!

Teacher Jesal Rupani has been a great teacher for my Sanay so far, sheengages well with my son and keep good track on his progress assigns homework and timly remind us too for class in case sanay misses to join on time
