Er blevet virkelig fyrt og der er tit fejl.
Den kan ikke læse en mail men SKAL have vedhæftet viler, så print mail til PDF vedhæft, så kan det.

Det er desværre en virkelig dårligt stykke software som ikke udvikler sig, jo prisen gør.

Helt utroligt langsom kundesupport. De vil hellere bruge 2 timer på at skrive mails end 10min i telefon, for at løse et login problem...

Tried to join..,
Website took straightforward info but kept pitching an error and number to call…
1st answer… sounded like someone was loading their car… admonished me to correct mistakes so the website could work correctly… try again..,
asked for more help since simple info was correct and in place for 3 years….
Customer Service asked me repeatedly what I was saying so I had to respell with related nouns each letter of all info I typed into the website as they cannot see anything until you become a member…then I might have been sent to marketing… but as Customer Service reveals, is likely they will not respond today… maybe next week.., but start checking my spam for a “compliance letter”from them…
actually they normally would send me a compliance letter within 24 hours…but not sure…
or check spam on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday?

Looks like there is a catastrophe or the weekend started early over at Corpay. When I tried to add some credibility to show 75 room nights with Marriott so far this year.., Customer Service said they would not care about that.

No one was friendly.
No one wanted to sign up a new member.
No one could access or understand the website major marketing interface..,
Or maybe it is just a regular Friday at Corpay.
New energy to handle my own corporate travel on this side.., cause we all know logistics can go South anytime and you are pretty dependent on your arrangements.

Tanken bag er fantastisk….men når der konstant er fejl, hvor man skal bruge meget tid på at rette op, så sparer man jo ikke meget tid, som jo ellers var tanken.
Deres kundeservice bliver også ringere og ringere, og blevet sværere at komme i kontakt med et rigtigt menneske, da kundeservice er erstattet af robotter.
Skidt, der bliver kigget efter alternativer nu, tålmodigheden er brugt op.

Den mest hjælpeløse support. Chatbot i uendelig lange baner og så en besked via mail mange timer senere, som ikke hjælper på problemet, fordi man ikke evner at besvare et opkald, der kunne spare begge parter for masser af tid.

Everything is wrong with his company! From invoices not working or syncing to payments taking 20 days to even PROCESS! they are a joke!

A simple thing like changing payment method has now taken me (wasted!!) 2 working days and is still not resolved. Despite paying a HUGE amount of money each month for Corpay One Pro subscription apparently we have NO support - their chat doesn't work and only via Slow emails will support bother to reply. STAY WELL CLEAR of this company - Anyting else will be better.

Det er uforståelig, hvordan man kan få kunder til at bruge dette håbløse langsomme system. Det må udelukkende være tvang fra revisorer, der gør, at Corpay eksisterer...

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Customer service, website and platform all are horrible. Salesman lied to me about features, etc. Took me two hours to close this account as they cycled me through customer service and the retention team. That's 2 hours I will never get back.

Lad være at vælge corpay, hvis man forventer det letter arbejdet.
Efter seneste ændriger er jeg nok til at fjerne et stjerne, Corpay er ikke til andet end frustrationer og langsommelige processer.

Terrible customer service. Their "secure" link for them to accept banking information doesn't work. I've emailed and called several times over the past 26 days to get this resolved. They've opened a grand total of 6 different cases, and running to get this one issue resolved. I've been told that they will "resolve the issues and send a follow up email" and have never sent one.
When you call in and detail the problem, it goes over everyone's head. They're not in situations where they can even be helpful, due to their corporate policies.

Horrible company a client of ours switched to them and it's an absolute nightmare. They refuse to pay in a timely manor. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst company to deal with

No customer service, Our payment from a client was sent ACH to an old bank acct. Been a nightmare trying to get it resolved. Emails go unanswered. Chat doesn't work. Can't get tech help to sign into my Vender Portal which doesn't recognize my email. The same email they sent the remittance notice to. Non existing customer service while our $10k is in limbo.

When the company was operating as Nvoice I would receive my ACH the following day. Now that they are going by Corpay, they take the full 5 days to transfer, so that they can offer expedited 1 day service with a 1% fee.

I have been trying to get CorPay to pay me via ACH since my customer switched to using them. CorPay has created a labyrinth of red tape and people so intellectually challenged that I have not been able to get set up on ACH for over three months.

1) I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get my ACH information updated. I was told I had to respond to the email I had been sent. I said "the email from noreply @ corpay.com?" I was told yes, respond to that email.
2) On a different call I was told they could not update my ACH information over the phone. I told them I wasn't asking them to take the information over the phone, that I had previously submitted it three times. I just wanted them to take the information they already had on their side of the phone and put it into their computer. I was told they could not do that and I needed to respond to the email from noreply @ corpay.com
3) I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they could not do that. I asked why not - I was told they are not allowed to involve supervisors. I asked for the name of the person the CSR reported to. She would not tell me - she was not allowed to give me that name. She told me to reply to the email from noreply @ corpay.com.

I have called, emailed, used the contact us feature on the website and asked my customer to get involved. All to no avail. There is another review on this site stating that CorPay makes their money by not giving vendors their money in a timely manner. That is correct. If they were to update my ACH information, I would get my money 14 days sooner. I truly believe that is why they will not update my ACH information. They want to sit on my money.

$200 a day in interest may not be a lot of money to some companies, but I can't afford to pay close to $3k a month waiting for my money that I earned 60 days ago.

Corpay customer service lies and will not take responsibility. They will not send money to my bank through ACH which I have used for years. They insist on sending paper checks and it takes weeks for payments. They are holding my money and engaged in fraudulent activities. This organization is the absolute worst, plain thieves. I have fallen behind on my bills because they refuse to pay me MY money in a timely manner. The customer service is atrocious and just read from a script when you address thier fraudulent behaviors. I can not believe they are allowed to act like this with peoples money. If you are reading this to consider them as a vendor DO NOT USE THEM. Read the negative reviews they are accurate. It makes me sick to think about how they mistreat people and small businesses just trying to get by in this hard economy all while they profit.
