Good ring, good customer service

I’ve bought my golden Ultrahuman ring earlier this year, I’m really happy with this ring and the performance measurements of this ring. Over time my golden ring started to turn silver, I’ve contacted the customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. My ring turning silver was uncommon, the customer service evaluated my photos and feedback and proposed me to send a new ring.
I’m very pleased with the customer service level and the fast assistance they showed.
