I have ordered some books and I never received it. I tried to contact Daniel few times , but got no answer., by email and I'm still waiting for his response. Very frustrating as it was bought as a present to my son which he never got it.
I'm still persevering to hear from Daniel Begum to get this matter solved.

Too expensive for the quality, shower sliding door very poor quality and I have to build it myself, also magnet is not strong enough, handles made of plastic.

We have looked into the system and found that the item has been delivered to you around 14/04/2023. Unfortunately, we have not been informed of the poor-quality item till your review is received.
Although we can't do anything regarding the handles as they are supplied in plastic only. But in order to address the matter to your satisfaction If you could send an email to support@heatandplumb.com with a picture of the sliding door magnet showing some evidence that the magnet is not strong enough we might be able to arrange a replacement magnet for you.
