My company is working with Rydoo since 2020 and we are extremely satisfied with the tool as well as support functions. The implementations went smoothly and interfaces were built without any interruption. The tool itself is user-friendly and flexible to suit our company as well as country requirements. We didn't have any major issues that interrupts business and the minor issues are resolved in a short timeframe. Moreover, Rydoo provides a status page where we can check if there is any downtime on real-time basis. Overall, project team as well as the end-users are quite satisfied with the tool.

I ordered Hormone Harmony against hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog and quality sleep (order number 60111). However the product didn’t help me to reduce any of the issues. As they advertise 60-days-money back-guarantee, I raised a refund request at November 28th. Some days later I received a message recommending me paleo and plant based diet. I replied saying that I’m a vegetarian and since that time no answer and no refund. At the end I posted public message under their advertisements that is popping up everywhere and got a Facebook Messengers message asking for my order number. As expected nothing happened after I provided my order number. Long story short, what I only want is for you to respect your own refund policy if you are a legit, trustworthy and reliable company. I will continue sharing my experience in every platform until I receive my refund you owe me. Update:22.12.2022: after I posted this review, I got my refund. Wish this could have been much earlier when I first requested so I wouldn’t need to post a public review. I hope other customers won’t suffer the way I did!
