I can handle them often sending cheap and crappy products that greatly disappoint, but I draw the line at them sending a completely different product that doesn't match the description or photos - and then demanding the buyer to pay the return postage for a refund?

First of all, that's inane - it's entirely the seller's responsibility. Second of all, if I pay for tracking (a required field in their God-mode non-negotiable resolution process) it costs more than the product itself. And I think everyone knows the outcome of untracked returns to AliExpress...

Let's see how well KLARNA handles their stop-payment resolution procedure.

[ADDENDUM, reply]: My account is active and there's an open dispute where you gave me 2 options: 1. No Refund 2. Pay the Return Postage. I have given you the ordernumber so you can either email me at that address or email me at this one.

So I reduced my monthly mobile costs, got more surf, and got better reception on the Telia net. What could be better? Oh, customer support who answered the phone within a couple of minutes and was super friendly and helpful in setting everything up for me 👍🏼

No such thing as a European store, they still ship from Hong Kong just like their international store.

Chose the German shop because I needed fast delivery to replace a crashed computer, and didn't want the hassle of dealing with import fees into Europe. Even went with a lower model as the higher model was not available at the "European store", and this was a rush order.

After 5 days from order the shipment has finally begun from Hong Kong, with delivery due in 7 days. According to my enquiry with their customer service department the answer is yes - you can indeed expect to pay European import tariffs for orders from their "EU store" which are in fact sent from Hong Kong..

Verkar vara något skojföretag som svarar på mailen mitt på natten och inte på mobilen.

Tips: rapportera utebliven leverans till Klarna och pausa betalningen tills (om) leveransen sker. Nu har det gått 10 dagar sedan min beställning utan leveransbesked... 🤦🏻

More than half their scheduled deliveries to me the past 2 years have been followed up with some excuse the same evening about delays, blah, blah, blah, reschedule the following day.

What they are Best at is sending out a message that they are running late and will keep delivering as much as they can until 23:00 - and then forgetting to turn off their GPS so you can see the van parked at the same location for 1/2 hour from 22:10.

Jokers.
