NOW / What’s up?

Shipped all The NoGood Book pre-orders and just finished a fairly large illustration project. For the first time in months there’s nothing on my to-do list, and I’m going to make good use of that. I’m going to take a break, recharge a bit, and take it easy.

Inspiration

Found the MSCHF book in my local bookshop and immediately bought it. I knew about MSCHF because my friend Niek is part of the collective. It’s beautifully designed, and one of those books that quietly raises the bar for The NoGood Book.

Nerding out

Moved the whole site to GitHub, mostly for automation purposes. For example, now I can clip something in Obsidian and it automatically shows up here, in the clippings list, thumbnail and all. Next up: a little bot that pushes those same clippings to Nostr and Bluesky.

On repeat

I know you’re all here for my J-Pop and K-R&B recommendations, so here you go. I’m mostly listening to Wavy productions at the moment.

I've been listening to Citadel Dispatch for years, so it was an honour to be a guest on the show. We discussed The NoGood Book, building NoGood Radio, integrating open protocols, and why physical art matters in an increasingly digital world.
