You are the first who has ever commented on my website as you can see ;) As for the bearblog: I didn't even know there was something else to it than this hugo theme lol. And I like that hugo theme a lot; it's easy to use and it doesn't include unnecessary clutter (e.g. bunch of useless javascript that I, personally, don't need on my website).

I were also considering Jekyll and Astro but I'll stick with Hugo for now.

@ansurv Hugo is a good choice! Go is an excellent platform. I only chose Jekyll because it coincided with the neocities cli, and I pretty strictly manage my local dependencies. Frankly, any exterior dev » build » serve path is better than using neo's web editor. 😅 Hope you had a decent Monday! 😁

Astro is great, look into it someday. Gives you extreme flexibility and almost no complexity for simple projects. You put your markdown in /pages and it automatically generates pages with whatever layout you provide it. And it's extremely customizable (you can do ANYTHING). You can mix different JS frameworks on your site, all at once - unbelievable feature. I embedded a Svelte component on my test page and was surp-

-rised at how well it worked. I tried hugo, jekyll and 11ty and all of them had some gripes. Astro had none. I recommend!
