Yes. Cancel from your Subscription page in a couple of taps. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, nothing else is charged, and nothing you bought is deleted.
No. Your plan renews at the exact price you subscribed at. If our prices change later, what you pay doesn't.
VIP comes with 3,500 Stars every month and Lerker with 7,500. Stars pay for photos, videos and bundles. On a yearly plan they still arrive every month. Monthly Stars reset each month, and Stars you buy never expire.
Your card details go straight into our payment processor's secure form and never reach us. Your bank may show a temporary $1.00 check when a card is added. It isn't a charge and drops off within 3 to 5 business days.
Your chats, characters and media are private to your account. There's no public sharing, and you can delete any of them, or your whole account, at any time.
Ask the help chat on the site, or email support@lerk.ai with the reference from your purchase history for anything about a charge.
Billing is handled by our payment provider. Nothing on this page charges you, and your plan only changes once the provider confirms it. Monthly allowance stars reset each month and don't roll over; they're spent before any stars you've bought, and purchased stars never expire.
