Appearance
CD4 est glycoproteinum superficie cellularum immunitatis, ut cellularum T auxiliarum, monocytorum, macrophagocytorum, cellularum dendriticarum. CD4 coreceptorium receptorii cellulae T agit. In hominibus, eius genum in chromosomate 4 invenitur.[1]
Cellulae T auxiliares CD4+, saepe tantum cellulae CD4, sunt leucocyti pars systematis immunitatis. Notio auxiliaris ad munus signa alienis cellulis dandi respondet, ut illae responsum immunitatis initient.
