Bhavin Shah shared thisHello Indonesia! 🇮🇩 Beam kicked off operations in Indonesia with a launch in Bogor and in other cities soon. This is a special one for me for so many reasons - a launch in a country which was home for 3 years, navigating through complex tech challenges including integrating a new vehicle type and IOT, localizing payments and collaborating on hundreds of other pre-launch tasks culminating to this day! Oh, and it also coincides with my first PM hiring post for a role in Indonesia. We're hiring a PM in Indonesia to work with fantastic colleagues across Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries. So if you're keen or know anyone who might be a fit, please do apply here: https://lnkd.in/d3sG54veBhavin Shah shared thisIt's bird, it's a plane, No, it's a Beam Rover! And we have landed in beautiful Bogor. Today we launched our service in Indonesia! With the launch, we debut our newest vehicle, Beam Rover, a heavier and more stable e-bike that is built for Indonesia’s diverse range of urban terrain. Many thanks to the Mayor of Bogor, Dr. H. Bima Arya Sugiarto, and the city of Bogor for welcoming Beam with open arms.

Bhavin Shah shared this#excitingtimesahead New market launches, new vehicle integrations and a lot more cutting-edge tech to solve for safety and parking is what we're going to be focusing on in the next few quarters at Beam Mobility. Any growth effort doesn't come across without the effort of a great team so kudos to all the Beamer's who've got us here and for all those who are be interested in taking us to the next phase, please do check out our careers page - https://lnkd.in/giPK2Hm6 #careers #engineers #productmanagers #qaengineers #beam #fundraiseBhavin Shah shared thisEveryone was Beaming from ear to ear this morning, as we announced that Beam raised US$93 Million in Series B funding led by private equity firm, Affirma Capital. Other investors include Sequoia Capital India, Hana Ventures, ICT Capital, EDBI, AC Ventures, RTP Global, and Momentum Venture Capital, Alumni Ventures Group, and Partech. When Beam was founded in 2018, we were a small team, had a small fleet but a big vision to #DrivePositiveChange to cities. We believe that micromobility can help cities to reduce its reliance on cars, further improve access to public transport via first and last mile connectivity, and flow better for everyone. Three and a half years later, with the help of an amazing #Beam team, Beam is leading the way in Asia Pacific, in 35 cities in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia. With #OptimisticPerseverence, Beam even grew its top line revenue by 15X since the start of the 2020, despite experiencing mobility restrictions caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The new funding will enable us to bring Beam’s shared micromobility vehicles and technologies into new markets, become tri-modal by adding e-mopeds to its fleet and further enhance its suite of safety technologies through the deployment of MARS [“Micromobility Augmented Riding Safety”], which includes cutting-edge safety innovations that protect pedestrians, enhance Councils’ control of city spaces for zoning and parking, and drive safer usage of vehicles by riders. We are thankful for the belief our investors placed in us, and we are excited to have the opportunity to continue to scale our services to reach more riders and communities. As a company that is #AlwaysInBeta, we will continue to provide better services, improve our vehicles and bring greater value-add to cities around the region. Beam On! Bhavin Shah shared thisOur tech stack for merchants has come a long way from supporting merchants manage their GoFood business to creating an entire ecosystem of tools that encompass food delivery, payment acceptance, POS, promotions, inventory sourcing, financial services and a lot more. GoBiz Plus is our new offering where all the use-cases for merchants converge into an integrated hardware solution that allows merchants to seamlessly accept in-store payments and reconcile orders through a POS. This further strengthens our value towards truly becoming the central nervous system for merchants.Bhavin Shah shared thisGojek’s merchant partners are an essential part of our ecosystem and their growth has always been inextricably linked to ours. Over the last two years, our merchant super app, has been central to our efforts in helping merchants digitize and grow, and it’s been humbling to see how much small businesses can achieve when they have the right resources. This is why we are excited to expand our suite of solutions for our merchant partners through the launch of GoBiz PLUS, a POS device that is an extension of the GoBiz app. Launched in partnership with Bank BCA, GoBiz PLUS enables merchants to accept a comprehensive range of cashless payment methods for offline transactions and digitise all aspects of their businesses. This will continue to be crucial for merchants of all sizes, as consumers increasingly gravitate towards cashless payments amid the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Our hope is that GoBiz PLUS will help more small businesses enhance their cashless and digital capabilities, ultimately ensuring that they can better meet consumer needs and grow in the long-term.

Bhavin Shah liked thisBhavin Shah liked thisSingapore politics is boring, but I think that boredom is one of the most underrated assets the country has. In other countries, I know some founders who will literally wake up and check a politician's feed before they check their own metrics, because the next controversial announcement might nuke their business. Politics is an operating risk for every company in the country. In Singapore, nobody budgets for that risk, because the predictability and the stability are the product. There's so little drama, and things actually work. Many growth-stage companies and founders who have already IPO'd keep setting up their global HQs and family offices there, precisely because so little surprises you there. I've written before that a country with little friction produces fewer founders, and I stand by that. But...while Singapore may not be the easiest place to grow scrappy founders, it is one of the best places in the world to run what you've already built. Not being a great startup hub doesn't = a bad business hub. Those are different things, and boring politics happens to be great for the latter. p.s. this is from my conversation on the BRAVE podcast, full episode in the comments. Founders who relocated there, was the political environment part of your decision?

Bhavin Shah liked thisBhavin Shah liked thisAfter almost ten years, I decided to hang up my boots at Coupang. I moved to Korea in 2017 expecting to join a company. I ended up joining an institution. A lot happened over the last decade. New businesses. New countries. Farfetch. Incredible wins, hard problems, and more lessons than I could probably write down. What has stayed with me is surprisingly simple. Move fast. Ruthlessly prioritise. Simplify. Then simplify again. People often think scale comes from doing more. I don’t anymore. This journey taught me that scale comes from the discipline to focus on what matters—and the courage to let everything else go. Somewhere along the way, those principles became my own. My second big takeaway was learning something about myself. For years I thought I was a marketer. Looking back, marketing was just the craft. What I’ve really enjoyed all along is building—taking on messy problems, creating clarity where there isn’t any, bringing great people together, and watching something grow. I probably understood that instinct long before I could put words to it. One more lesson: titles fade. People don’t. I’ve been fortunate to work with leaders who trusted me before I thought I was ready, and with teams that constantly challenged me to raise my own game. Whatever we built, we built together. That’s what matters. And then there’s Korea. We arrived expecting a career move. We left feeling like we’d found a second home. My family and I will carry those friendships and memories with us for the rest of our life. As I closed this chapter, I leave with something even more valuable than experience—a much clearer understanding of who I am. To everyone I had the privilege of working with across Coupang and Farfetch—thank you. What’s next is for another post. Till then Here’s to building again.

Yesterday at Razorpay FTX 2026, Harshil Mathur, Shashank Kumar, Arif Khan, Rahul Kothari, Khilan Haria showcased a powerful glimpse of what the next decade of fintech infrastructure will look like. The message was clear — AI is moving from assistive systems to agentic systems, where software doesn’t just support workflows but can execute them autonomously. Some of the most interesting launches included Agentic Onboarding, agentic integrations across developer environments like Claude, Cursor, and others, along with an Agentic dashboard for reconciliation, disputes, and operational workflows. Concepts like Agentic Commerce and Agentic Business Banking signal a future where financial systems increasingly make decisions and execute processes automatically. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵. Logistics especially cold chain logistics is one of the sectors where agentic AI will create transformational impact. Cold chain operations depend on time, temperature compliance, route efficiency, and operational coordination. Today, many of these decisions still rely on manual control towers, calls, spreadsheets, and fragmented systems. Now imagine an agentic logistics stack where AI automatically assigns the optimal vehicle, IoT telemetry predicts temperature deviations before they occur, systems trigger driver alerts and rerouting autonomously, and billing, reconciliation, and trip documentation are processed instantly after delivery. Control towers would evolve from manual monitoring centers to AI-driven exception management hubs. At JustDeliveries, the vision aligns closely with this shift. As logistics networks scale, the future will rely on AI driven automation, IoT intelligence, and agentic workflows across client apps, partner apps, fleet systems, control towers, and financial operations. In cold chain logistics, this could mean AI systems autonomously managing temperature sensitive supply chains end to end from dispatch decisions to compliance, alerts, and financial reconciliation. The convergence we are witnessing across AI, fintech infrastructure, developer ecosystems, and logistics platforms signals something bigger. The next decade will not just be about digitizing operations. It will be about building autonomous infrastructure that can run at scale with minimal manual intervention. And that shift has already begun. #AI #AgenticAI #Fintech #Automation #Razorpay #FTX2026 #JustDeliveries #ColdChain #SupplyChain #LogisticsTech #Technology

Groww shares rise after Q3 FY26 results! The results: -Total revenue rose 26% YoY to about ₹1,261 crore. -Adjusted EBITDA increased 24% YoY and 19% QoQ. -Consolidated net profit fell 28% YoY. -User and trading metrics remained strong, with transacting users crossing 2 crore and a higher YoY market share in both cash equities and derivatives. The drop in reported net profit was partly due to a one-time gain recorded in the base quarter last year, which made the year-ago profit appear higher. The positive stock reaction suggests investors are looking beyond the headline profit drop and focusing on strong revenue growth, improving operating metrics, and expanding user engagement. Recently made positions on it with an avg of 165/share, and will closely monitor because the market breadth overall is still weak ! #groww #swing #trading #stockmarket

India has abundant expertise across every domain - logistics operators, subject matter experts, local service providers, etc. What's scarce isn't capability. It's the systems that coordinate this capability at scale. Most companies see this fragmentation and default to vertical integration: build everything in-house, own all capabilities, control every aspect of delivery. This works if you have unlimited capital and time. Most companies have neither. But there's an alternative approach that we've noticed two of our portcos execute remarkably well, in completely different industries - 1. When Meesho looked at India's logistics, and they saw thousands of fragmented local operators. Instead of building warehouses and delivery fleets, they built Valmo - an orchestration platform coordinating existing partners. Individual pilots with smartphones earn sustainable incomes, small hub operators build viable businesses, and Meesho gets coverage across 15,000+ pin codes at 12% lower cost than traditional third-party-logistics. 2. Entri saw similar fragmentation in education. India has abundant teaching expertise already running offline/online programs. Entri partners with them for content while owning demand generation, platform infra, quality monitoring, and placements. This allows them to launch new categories in weeks and scale across languages without the capital intensity of building in-house teams for every vertical. If I had to pull a common thread, it's that in fragmented markets like India, the orchestration layer often matters more than asset ownership. Coordinate what exists rather than rebuilding from scratch.

Meitu's subscription rate increased to 6.5% in 1H26 (VS. 5.5% in 1H25), which was mainly driven by growth from overseas paying subscribers that carry higher ARPU. The company reported rev/ NI largely in line with guidance, with 1H26 revenues up 22% YoY to Rmb2.2bn and 1H NI up 40% YoY, driven by Photo, Video and design products growth at 31% YoY, supported by strong productivity application growth and the roll-out of new AI features. The company launched multiple AI-native tools including AI music generation MVLAND and AI photo retouching agent Picchi in June, and sees monetization opportunities on target user group (e.g. MVLand monthly ARPU reached Rmb220/ subscriber). We remain positive on rising adoption of Meitu's tools with new AI features based on its MoE model, and contribution from new products. Maintain Buy.

Agilitas x Virat Kohli partnership is one of the masterstroke deals I have seen in recent times. Virat invests 40 CR in Agilitas for a 1.94% stake, putting Agilitas’s valuation around 2000 CR. 📈 In turn, Agilitas acquires one8world, making Virat a co-founder and shareholder. They now get two very important growth levers: ⬇️ 1. A powerful manufacturing (via Mochiko Shoes - a 600 CR+ footwear brand that Agilitas acquired in 2008 ), 2. India’s biggest athlete — exclusively aligned. Easily becomes a 4000 CR revenue brand in the next 5 years. Footwear + retail scale requires capital — but this partnership compresses customer acquisition, product cycles, and brand-building like few others. Even Virat said in his podcast with Abhishek Ganguly, the co-founder of Agilitas that, “I didn’t want a brand deal… I wanted to build something that outlives me.” And Abhishek said something even beautiful - “An ambition to build from India but be globally relevant.” This isn’t marketing. This is legacy building with shared skin in the game. And that is how startups work - shared ambition with one goal (to make the company big) and food (read stake) in the table for everyone! A company that can be built in the long term with culture, capital, and conviction aligned. This might be the first time in India, where an athlete joins hands with a sport company to re-imagine and build the sport ecosystem of India - truly revolutionalising the game with a clear vision. 🙌
