Termination

Kicya reserves the right to terminate any user's account and our services to you without notice for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Activities related to phishing, spam, malware, gambling, low quality content, etc.
• Other activities that are deemed harmful to the Service or its users

DMCA

Kicya respects the intellectual property rights of others. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Kicya or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
