Alex from Hitotoki was excellent. He crafted an amazing trip to Japan from me and my family. He was extremely responsive and met all of our needs. His guides were very friendly and made our trip wonderful. He listened to our input and added whatever we wanted to do or see in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, and Osaka.
