Irresponsible translation company
Took long time for just 2 pages simple payslip translation.
絶対にこの翻訳サービスを使用してはいけません（特に日本人は）。単純な日本語の給与明細の英語への翻訳を頼みましたが、１週間以上経っても翻訳が完了しませんでした。追加で払うから早く進めてくれとお願いしても、自信がなく受け付けられないと言われ、挙句の果てにキャンセルを勧められました。恐らく日本語のNATTI翻訳家を少ししか抱えていないのだと思います。期日の変更メールが何度も何度も送られますが、一向に完成しません。就労ビザ申請のために翻訳が必要でしたが、この翻訳サービスのせいで申請などに遅れが生じて大変なことになりました。人生を狂わせる最悪の翻訳エージェント会社です。絶対に使ってはいけません。
They notified me that the estimated due date is 3 days after the date I ordered. However, I didn't receive documents on time. Instead of that, I received new notification that indicated my order was delayed and the estimated due date was extended. However, I didn't receive them even by the second estimated due date and I am notified another delay.
I had this kind of notification several times.
Even if I asked them about the progress, they just answered they haven't received any information from relevant departments. It doesn't make sense. In common sense, if I got inquiries about the delay, I would call someone who might know the situation and try to explain it to the customer. The quality of customer service is also poor.
I strongly recommend you use other translation agencies for important documents if needed urgently.
