Would not recommend. The host changed the dates and still kept my deposit. On top of that, she was highly unprofessional. She told my family members about our conversations. This is highly unprofessional and conversations should stay private. Would not recommend at all.

So the adds state they are in Vancouver BC but I am just now seeing they are in Atlanta. Ordered it as a gift. Came long after the holidays. Very poor customer service.
When we got it we had to go & pay an additional $43. to receive it.
We had prepaid shipping. There was no mention of their being in the US. The add says Vancouver. So I am assuming that under false pretenses we bought from a US company & the extra shipping was tarriffs!!
We have sent out many emails & have had no correspondance from them at all let alone in a timely manner.

10 stars! My experience was phenomenal! I can’t express how helpful The Travel Collective was for my trip. They really put me in position to just be present and to enjoy! The stress of organizing my vacation and good places to visit was taken off of my plate! I’ll be using TTC again very soon!
