I do not recommend buying this eSIM. I paid for the Monaco only plan, but it never worked. The eSIM did not connect to any network, so I had no service during my trip.
I tried everything, but nothing worked. It was a complete waste of money. If you need reliable mobile data in Monaco, I recommend choosing a different company.

The esim doesn't work and customer service just keeps telling me my plan doesn't include text or voice calls, even though I sent a screenshot showing that I bought a plan with both. Tourist esim is basically a big scam.

Non ha funzionato mai Internet, ne’ in Montenegro, né in Bosnia Herzegovina.
Ero convinta che fosse tutto a posto, invece la mia eSIM italiana si è bloccata dopo 50€ utilizzati per Internet all’estero.
Ho perso l’utilizzo di google maps, perciò siamo arrivati troppo tardi in un albergo, perdendone il costo e dovendo cercare un’altra sistemazione per la notte.
Proprio negativo.

Desideriamo confermare che il suo ordine è già stato completamente rimborsato.
In alcuni casi, il servizio eSIM può non funzionare correttamente a causa di impostazioni APN non configurate o non corrispondenti sul dispositivo. Si tratta generalmente di un problema semplice da risolvere. Se ci avesse contattato in quel momento tramite live chat, email o qualsiasi altro canale di supporto, avremmo potuto assisterla immediatamente e risolvere la situazione durante il viaggio.
Tuttavia, comprendiamo il disagio causato, soprattutto in viaggio. Dopo aver verificato il caso e il suo feedback, abbiamo comunque proceduto con il rimborso completo.
La ringraziamo per la segnalazione, che ci aiuterà a migliorare ulteriormente il nostro servizio e il supporto clienti.

I've been using eSims for years from multiple providers in Europe, Asia and America.
I reached out to customer support via email (only option) 6/24/2026 1:24pm EDT indicating that the esim did not work. Your replied 20min later to "activate data roaming". I replied on 6/24 2:20pm that data roaming had been enabled and that I requested my money back. There was no reply from your side and the problem was never fixed. I wound up buying another sim from another company that worked flawlessly.
Today (7/1) you asked me for a customer review. I gave you 1 star given the experience and again asked for my money back. You replied that you would be "happy to investigate further". Did you ever investigate in the first place?
I can't fail to notice that investigating (or fixing?) the problem while I was stuck abroad with a dead eSim was not a priority for you. The 1-star review, however, seems to have caught your attention.
This eSim never worked at all. I want my money back!
