Said my item arrived and was delivered this morning while I was sitting near the door waiting at the time it stated it was delivered. Nothing came wtf. Terrible. Why do you guys even exist if you’re not delivering parcels? Oh scam that’s probably why. Just be aware you may never receive your items if using this delivery service

I sent a legal document back in June via certified mail with signature delivery at the Sand Lake Rd post office. After a week, it never showed as having left the post office. I went back to ask what was going on and the 'post master' (some woman who failed to identify herself after my request to speak with the post master) said mail takes time, give it two weeks. Three weeks later, still no update and a supervisor named 'Willie' kept responding to my emails with "we're looking for it." I even opened a missing mail complaint, which eventually timed out. Still have no idea where my mail went and this dumpster fire place couldn't be bothered with it. Sent another legal document from a totally different post office (Conroy Windermere). It was sent on June 16th and was supposed to arrive on the 20th - NOPE. They have no idea where it is. And this is the organization that oversees mail-in ballots!?

LOST ANOTHER PACKAGE!!!!! FAYETTE COUNTY POSTAL SERIVCE IS HORRIBLE!!!! LOST ANOTHER PACKAGE AFTER IT MADE IT LEXINGTON KENTUCKY THE DESTINATION CITY!!!!!! OMG YOU PEOPLE SUCK I HAVE NO USE FOR YOU!!!!!

ZERO STARS -- Milford, PA 18337, post office has been repeatedly notified MULTIPLE TIMES in writing, in person, and on the phone that the keys to parcel boxes at Sunrise Lake are mislabeled. For a 3rd time in 2 months, a parcel is now available to someone IT DOES NOT BELONG TO.

The key tags need to match the actual box they're supposed to open. How many times do they have to be told?

The AI phone lines are of ZERO HELP whatsoever
The local phone number goes to a fax.
The woman who finally answered threatened to have the parcel brought back to the PO. The post office is a 35 minute ride at least and usually it's more. Seriously? Arrogant, snide employees.

I now see why the USPS looses money and is not moving forward even wth their Sunday delivery. I have registered a mail from 7/9/2026 to Ontario, Canada from USA. Today 7/20/2026 tracking it, the mail has still not left the USA! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. USPS STEP IT UP... The mail has hust got to Jamaica, NYC. I thought that registerig the mail would expedite it, but obviously not.

Nothing ever arrives in time . Rude customer service .

I keep having packages being missorted or sent to wrong places from the tallahassee and jacksonville distribution centers in florida. It makes my deliveries several days late and stops my plans. They don't make it easy to contact support either

I can’t possibly imagine running a business the way that these post offices are ran, and expecting to keep any customers. Was just recently in the Britain station in Britain Road in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. Literally waited 20 minutes. The line didn’t move one person and there was five people coming and going five windows open one window operating. It is absolutely the most insane thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Not to mention worst customer service ever.

Spent over $300 to mail a few boxes of miscellaneous items to myself. One box arrived completely empty (had been opened and retaped, all content is gone), several boxes were cut open and retaped with significant damage to items inside, 2 boxes totally disappeared. Filed complaints and told there is no recourse. Do NOT waster your money here - totally unreliable and downright theft.

The worst experience ever, these people do not care, collectively they hire all of the same mindset? Had an issue with a package and the customer service told me "it was end of their shift" it has to be a code they use to get off the phone because the same happened to my friend. Since when can we say this to the customers? Anyway, they hire people they do not do background check on because every package I get seems to be tampered with, also whoever does the route from Dallas to Houston is tempering and stealing packages to deliver to the 70777 zip code.

On multiple occasions, my package has been lost and nobody wants to talk to you about it. They make you go online and the online app is not working correctly and then no one ever calls you back. They ought to come up with another type of delivery system for the state I guess.

What has happened to the USPS? It used to be the most reliable service now it’s the worse. The money they waste shipping items all over the country is insane! I do most shopping on line and this happens on a regular basis not occasionally. Numerous times I’ve had packages get to my town then be shipped to another PO many miles away then sit for days before being brought back? How does this make sense?

I am extremely frustrated with the sheer incompetence of USPS logistics. My package was shipped from Las Vegas and is supposed to be delivered to Florida. After taking possession of the item on July 7th, it sat in transit for five full days with zero updates, only to finally scan in at the Salt Lake City, UT Distribution Center.

Sending a Florida-bound package completely northwest to Utah is an absolute logistical failure. Because it was shipped via ground, it now has to go through an entirely new, multi-day cross-country journey, stopping at more hubs and being re-sorted, just to get back on a path toward the East Coast. This stupidity has turned a standard delivery into a week-long headache. Unacceptable service

Zero stars if I could . Had a carrier harass and threaten me at my job and they refused to replace him because no one would pick up his “route” . Now he throws the mail straight at the girls at the front desk. Wildly inappropriate and blasting his music through the waiting area. Delivery service is garbage but I guess thats the service usps provides .

Centerpoint is the worse.

Loves leaving packages on my steps next to the road. Do better.

Shit ass customer service. It’s harder to speak to a real person than passing the damn bar exam. When things are fine, it’s fine. But when you have a complicated issue, good luck getting any help.
