upload speed is not bad but when i try to download, 30kb/s

I have used Terabox for several years and I have always payed for premium to get the most out of it. In the beginning I was satisfied. But after a while it started getting slower and more unreliable.
Now I can't even use it's primary functions. Sometimes I can upload and download stuff but I can't watch anything on the built in video and music player, can barely move or delete files.
And also, even though I have a subscription, have started to get alot of pop ups, recommendatins and commercials showing extremely explicit and disturbing media. Also a random video showed up in a folder in my account.
If you think that getting over a TB storage for free and 2 TB storage for about 4 dollars sounds too good to be true is because it is.

With free subscription you can do basically nothing. So they offer you Premium membership, now, for 30 seconds...the speed went up to the same speed then down to the same speed, why is this service still a thing?
Stop using it people and they'll have to shutdown.

CS is unhelpful. subscription that i kept subscribed was only for 0.5$ a month for limited and they charged me with premium + instead because they saw my payment method had enough to purchase 1 !!! totally a scam

Terabox is Greater Cloud service Provider but Main Issue is they Provides slow download Speed. To solve we are using linkplay.in terabox downloader. Fast Download speed, no Login Required, no ads Just download.

The Most shitty services ever. yet they force you to install their backdoored stupid app on your windows be careful

TERABOX IS SPAM FAKE AND MISLEADING, THEY DO NOT OFFER 1TB AS ADVERTISED!!!!!

Because if you already download something in it's already finished downloading or loading he will restart and it have ads i hate the ads if you turn off your phone and turn on again during downloading the ads pop out

TeraBox is an extremely unreliable and painfully slow cloud service. Download speeds are so low that even small files take far too long, and larger files fail constantly. The app freezes, synchronization stops working, and error messages appear without any explanation. You can never trust that your files will actually download or be stored correctly. TeraBox promises a lot but delivers almost nothing — and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

With free subscription you can’t do basically nothing. So they offer you Premium membership with 3 day free trial. When you buy Premium subscription, again, nothin work. So you send them email. They answer you couple hours latter asking you to provide additional information. When you send them that additional information - they will answer you, but 24 hours before ending of your 3 day free trial because they abuse Google Play “loophole” in Google play system (so, this is not Google Play fault but terabox.com abuse). Google play system automaticly disable you option to cancel subscription if system register that your subscription end’s in less than 24 hour. Which for result in that that terabox.com take your money, even they’r app don’t work in “legal” way. This is clasic fraud.

Attirano utenti offrendo 1TB di spazio gratis ma limitano la velocità a livelli inutilizzabili e bloccano i video inserendo pubblicità invasiva per spingerti ad abbonarti. Peccato, con una politica più rispettosa e trasparente verso il cliente avrebbero avuto il mio abbonamento. Ora ho paura solo a guardare l'icona… Contenti loro, contenti tutti.

Tengo cuenta gratuita tiene más de 6 meses, todo funciona bien, subo archivos pequeños, grandes y carpetas facilmente. Actualmente tengo ocupados 69GB y nunca he tenido problemas de almacenamiento, quizá el único detalles es que la subida de archivos es un poco lenta pero si es un servicio gratuito no se puede exigir eso.

Publicidad engañosa, prometen 1TB y al poco tiempo se bloquea la sincronización por falta de espacio, resulta que ahora es por tiempo limitado...

At first glance, it's OK if you want to import small files and non-essentials that are kbs and mbs big or maybe a couple 1-2gb files here and there. However, if you prioritize backing up big files within the 5/10+ GB range for bulk importing or bulk downloading for whatever reason whenever its to save it from trash windows thats about to be bricked device or whatever, God help you since I tell you it'll take an entire or 2+ days just to download everything you've backed up from terabox and their download speeds are slow and I'm a premium user which doesn't help their case. The worst part is that if you bought terabox premium via desktop app or web desktop, and you want to cancel it for whatever reason via mobile phone, if you didn't buy it from Google play via subscription you're simply out of luck and there's no option to cancel the subscription or check billing information as the bare minimum for settings as its all just AI trash nobody cares about via mobile app. Lastly, I also forgot to mention that downloading times can sometimes come to an halt for no reason which is ridiculous, especially it's an emergency and i dont have days nor hours and sometimes it just fails on you too which is inconvenient at best, and horrible at worst. Overall, it's alright if you want to backup simple files that are non-essentials but there are better cloud storage options out there like MEGA and even google drive does a better job than terabox at this point, and hell you'll be better off using usb flash drives as they're faster at backing up storage you have instead of this trash cloud that takes entire days just to fully backup properly as they're cheap these days for how much storage you need for your needs.

They're a bunch of liars with sneaky marketing. You don't get 1 TB free. You get 30 GB with the rest expiring in 90 days. Clearly they're not to be trusted.

Non ha mai portato a termina NESSUN DOWLOAD. Un eterno "in progress" che non parte mai, non da stima di tempi, essenzialmente NON FUNZIONA.

Weird service.

I have 1 terabox account with 1 premium subscription.
In May, the renewal system was awful. I kept contacting them to resolve the problem.

The help desk is useless.

Then, I was charged 4 times in the same month for premium subscription.

When I contacted their help desk, the response was even more weird than the problem.
They told me that many intents of renewal (the problem I had already asked them to resolve), generated multiple charges, which according to them are legitimate because they say I purchased.

It is pathetic to have a company to say that 3 purchases for the same, in the same month is correct.

That is clearly a stupid response from a company that has a useless help desk and that only want to drag our money.
