私はこの会社でレンタカーを利用しましたが、デポジット（保証金1500ポンド）が1年以上経っても返金されていません。

返却後、ロンドンオフィスから要求されたすべての書類を提出しました。しかし、その後も同じ説明を繰り返されるだけで、実際の返金は一切行われていません。

何度も連絡しましたが、明確な回答はなく、問題は放置されたままです。
会社側には、私のデポジットが未返金である記録が残っているはずです。

なぜ顧客が1年以上もデポジットの返金を待たなければならないのでしょうか。
本社はこのような対応を認めているのでしょうか。

この対応は非常に不誠実で、この会社を利用するのは絶対におすすめしません。

I rented a car from this company, and my deposit(GBP1500) has still not been refunded after more than one year.

After returning the vehicle, I provided all the documentation requested by their London office. However, they have continued to repeat the same explanations and have never actually refunded my deposit.

I have contacted them multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved with no clear response.
I am certain the company has records showing that my deposit has not yet been refunded.

There is no reasonable explanation for why a customer should wait over a year for a deposit refund.
Does the headquarters allow this type of behavior?

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise that never use this company.
