I really loved the service and using…
I really loved the service and using this site but after my last experience with my last order I'm not happy. A 3rd party tried to deliver my order only one day and returned it to the warehouse. That is not right. I was looking forward to getting the products because it was a gift but it was definitely ruined. Please go back to using ups or FedEx. They now how to get my package delivered

I love my long lost fragrance
I got my product quickly. I never thought I'd be able to find that fragrance again. I am so grateful for fragrance.net. the prices are what I can afford and very reasonable. I will be shopping with them more.

So Glad I've Discovered Fragrance.net!
I had never even heard of Fragrance.net, much less ordered from it, until a couple weeks ago. In researching a product I needed, I found that Fragrance.net offered by far the lowest price. So, even though I was a bit nervous about ordering from a supplier I didn’t know anything about, I placed an order. Delivery was a little slower than what I'm accustomed to through other online sources, but that's a minor issue. I did receive my order in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived, I contacted customer service and they apologized and said they would ship again with another carrier, I agreed.
The shipment came quickly but did not contain any of the three fragrances that I ordered instead contained something entirely different. The shipping list inside the box had all my fragrances listed but they sent something that I did not order.
I called customer service again and advised them of what had happened, they told me to ship those wrong products back to them and I would get a refund after they confirmed everything.
I shipped the fragrances back to them and received a confirmation message that they have received it. Now waiting on a refund.
