Wplace moderators act in a racist and discriminatory manner, banning users arbitrarily without a fair or reasonable basis. Their moderation appears inconsistent and biased, with bans being issued based on personal judgment rather than clear and equally applied rules.

Just dont even, its fun for awhile but you're mostly stuck with fear constantly with all the griefers, don't even try to report them moderation wont do shit for you.

I also just got banned for saying a political person's name, somehow thats hate speech and offensive to say trump?? Yeah idk, tried again again with the team to unban me but they wont listen to anything. Also Don't even try to get good shit in events without spending hundreds of dollars first.

Genuinely the worst company to exist of all time 0/10 moderation. Constant false bans, the mods or owner clearly will ban you over nothing. The site barely works have the time, pixels disappearing, overlay refusing to work on 4 different devices not mention they will ban you for a joke but let loli stay up!

Moderation, i happy with you if you delete your whole project and this is why:
- You don't have enough trust anymore.
- Your workers didn't care about making rules.
- Your workers painting NSFW and if i clean it i will get ban.
- You cannot say this "Russia will be happy without liberals." because you also will be banned (not mine).
- Will be banned for griefing even if you didn't grief.
- Will be banned for 67

Discord. I got banned without even existing rule where i can mention sexual predators for joke Epstein. And Chara (Ukrainian Mod) which don't know how to read a Russian sentences says me where am i a 'homophobic' (which i didn't do anything like that) and ban me for no reason, no rule in RUSSIAN-Chat and when i appeal my ban same UA Mod confirmed it and cancel.

Pour s'inscrire et déposer son argent, aucun problème. Le dépôt est immédiat et aucune restriction ou autre. (Je précise que le compte est validé et que tous les documents fournis sont validés et ok)
Par contre quand il s'agit de retirer un gain, même une petite somme comme 30€, plus de 24h avec un statut en attente, "gain toujours pas encore reçu à l'heure ou j'écrit ce retour". Quand on veut prendre contact avec le service client, c'est le parcours du combattant car il faut passer par un chat automatique et très compliqué pour qu'il vous mette en relation avec un conseiller. Et lorsque vous réussissez à parlé avec un, il vous réponds que votre retrait est "en file d'attente" car d'autre joueurs attendent leur retrait, qu'il procède à des vérifications et que il ne peuvent pas me communiquer un délai de traitement. Donc en gros, on dépend des autres joueurs, on doit attendre dans une file que l'on ignore combien de personne réellement y figurent et on doit attendre plusieurs jours pour espérer avoir son gain. Pour moi, ça se résume à de l'arnaque et rien d'autre !

Moderation is terrible. Griefing political artworks is allowed, but when I do it I get banned for 7 days and my appeal gets rejected. Won't use anymore and will actively discourage people from using it. Good riddance!

Auf wplace.live hat man schnell das Gefühl, dass Moderation hier nicht für Fairness sorgt, sondern für eine bestimmte Agenda. Kunst, Kreativität und echte Diskussionen stehen offensichtlich an zweiter Stelle – Politik und persönliche Vorlieben der Moderatoren bestimmen, was sichtbar bleibt und was nicht.

Besonders frustrierend: Bots scheinen mehr Gewicht zu haben als echte Nutzer. Während authentische Beiträge kommentarlos entfernt oder ignoriert werden, laufen automatisierte Accounts ungestört durch die Plattform und dominieren die Interaktionen.

Wer eine offene, kreative Community erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Statt Vielfalt gibt es Parteilichkeit, statt Austausch einseitige Entscheidungen, und statt echten Menschen eine wachsende Bot‑Kulisse. Für eine Plattform, die sich als Raum für Kunst versteht, ist das ein Armutszeugnis.

Moderation is 0/10. The moderation team of wplace is more useless than a white pencil is. Your artworks WILL be ruined by griefers, and reports will go unanswered by the moderators.

In fact, you might get suspended for DEFENDING your artwork. Do not even think about giving wplace.live a shot, it's an extremely poorly run otherwise great concept, and it shows no sign of improving.

Used to be fine on my side, but now I took a break for about a week and find my account suspended. For what reason? I go find the reason by researching because they don't actually tell you. "Hate Speech" I have just been recreating pixel artwork and fixing other people's griefing. I'm sorry, what?

So i had to make a account here to complain, there has already been around 30+ of us in our team banned, we sent proof, we have even sent proof of mods working with our oppents, they dont check it, they dont care about, When we try to reclaim art we had before, we get banned, the oppents dont, just fix the moderation, i love the idea of this game but, damn, fix it.

I used to love this website, but the moderation is the worst i have ever seen, and now im about to get perm banned, without ever breaking the rules.

I appealed both of my bans, and i just get notifications that the bans were upheld.

It should be obvious for anyone looking at the pictures/timelapse that we never did anything wrong or "griefed".. Today, my brother was banned for griefing aswell, just for participating in painting the ocean red.

Sure, painting it red might not be "art", but its still not against the rules

Ive spent months playing this game, just for this to happen.

Unless they start doing their job, i would recommend nobody starts playing wplace. Working on something for months, just to get your account banned because of reports that they just accept without looking into it, is so wrong.

Definitely a lot of people agree with me when I say the moderation is horrible. The moderators are just power hungry dictators basically if you wanna draw art just it was an art app not somewhere where people can grief it and then you get banned for defending your art lol

It was good at the beginning. the moderators don't even know what to do when. some people time out, some don't/ some people unblock, some don't. everyone interprets the rules the way they want. not to mention that since they've been doing events where you can get + pixels, the grifers have been ruining everything.

Completa estafa depues de estar usando WPlace por mas de 5 meses, con una cuenta que le he metido 30€ deciden banearmela por "bots" por que les apetece, en vez de consultar el historial de la cuenta a la minima te banean, y dudo que esten dispuestos a dar rembolsos leyendo las demas opiniones y como esta la situacion, actualizare la reseña si hay cambios positivos o negativos.

They just don't do ther work and If you ask them in report to ban them before it's to late they ban tou insted.

I was banned twice for “botting”, despite never using any automation tools.

The first time, the moderation team admitted it was a mistake and removed the ban.
Shortly after, I was banned again for the same reason — and this time support claims the ban is “correct”, without providing any evidence, logs, or explanation.

This strongly suggests that bans are issued automatically based on flawed detection systems, and manual review is either minimal or nonexistent.
Many users seem to face the same issue: false positives, no transparency, and no real appeal process.

The project itself is interesting, but the moderation and anti-cheat completely ruin the experience.
I would not recommend investing time or effort here unless moderation becomes transparent and fair
