SCAM! I ordered some acoustic wall panels from wowbox and recieved an email saying partial order was delivered. Nothing was delivered. I wrote to wowbox explaining and questioning my order. They sent an automated message asking for the info i already gave them and when i resent the email i got no response. I have been wait g almost 2 weeks now and not a word or anything from wowbox. They say it could take 20
days for my item
to ship. Yet i paid for express shipping and an insurance which was a
waste as well. I seen the ad for the product and all the comments say scammed. So wowbox, where is my refund since you have no product?

Haven’t even received the box yet, but would never order from this company again. After trying to order just one box to check the service out, I attempted to cancel future orders after I had been automatically subscribed. Conveniently for Wowbox, the only button that doesn’t work on their website is the button for managing/cancelling your subscription. I wrote to support, telling them that I found this suspicious glitch to be dishonest and asking them to cancel future orders, to which they replied with a boilerplate message days later telling me to cancel my order using the feature on their website that I had just told them wasn’t working. I’ll have to call my credit card company today and get them to block all future payments to this dishonest company, as that seems to be the only way to prevent them from taking more of my money. Avoid.

I ordered a large box and expected a decent amount of snacks inside, and got 7. Only 7 snacks, and stuff that I could mostly find at a local asian supermarket / grocery. Even if I accounted for the inflated local asian grocery markup on Japanese snacks, I overpaid for the 7 snacks I got in wowbox (by at least $10). It's very much not worth the money I paid.

They are a new company right now, that I understand, but they just aren't up to par with the other Japanese snack boxes. The orders come with 9-12 full sized snacks, these snack are not always limited addition or seasonal, but mainly common snacks available in Japan. I was expecting more variety from the box then that. Their shipping times are irregular and getting tracking information is optional, meaning you need to pay more money to monitor your package which is weird. I personally rather it be just a set price. I also had some difficulties with getting my subscription cancelled because of some technical difficulties the site was having but their customer service helped me out very well. For the price of the box, their competitors offer a better variety of snacks with more items for a lower cost. I just don't see myself sticking with them anymore.
