My email was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.

I had an issue with my Reface subscription where I was charged for three months but was unable to access my account during that time. I also tried resetting my password several times, but never received the reset email, which made it impossible to manage or cancel my subscription myself.

The good news is that once I contacted Reface by email, their support team responded and successfully cancelled my subscription.

I’m giving them 4 stars because the customer service ultimately resolved my issue, but being charged for three months without being able to access the service was definitely frustrating. I hope they improve their account access and password recovery process.

They really listened to me when I was canceling their services and then refunded my money! Wonderful service

Obwohl ich dieses "Abo" versehentlich abgeschlossen habe und es schon lange über die Widerrufsfrist hinaus war, hat mir Ihr Team geholfen, war jederzeit freundlich ...und sogar kulant! Sogar bei meinem größten Problem - mich abzumelden, damit ich nicht für etwas zahlen muss, was ich nicht nutze- habt OHR das für mich erledigt.

I had an issue with subscription and they handled it promptly to my satisfaction

The application has moved to a new AI authentication and monitoring system that seems to block nearly all personal media. You have to email the team every time you want to reface for them to unblock it from the AI filter. They respond quickly but it doesn't seem to learn.

Das Unternehmen ist in Ordnung.War positiv überrascht.Selbst bei Kündigung des Abos war man behilflich.Habe zügig Antwort erhalten.Kündigung hatte einen persönlichen Grund .

Jake was very knowledgeable, quite professional even while being very personable. I would definitely deal with Jake any day. His patience is surely an asset to his clients.

I'm giving the support team 5 stars but the app 2 stars. The app does produce some lovely images but they looked nothing like me. With every iteration (changing outfits, hairstyles, etc.) it looked less like me every time. I tried with different images to no avail. The app is funded by VC so it should be better than this. I requested a refund and canceled my plan after one day, and the support team issued a refund immediately.

The app was not compatible with my phone when I tried to download it. I had already paid at this point. I emailed the company immediately and I received a reply within a half hour. They cancelled the subscription and organized a full refund. I was very happy with the speedy reply and the no quibble refund.
