Avoid this website!! I had to stop my credit card and file for fraud with this company. They charged my card without authorization, and refused to cancel the order within minutes of my receiving an email from them showing a purchase that I didn't make. They get around the 12 hour cancelation time frame by stating "the item is being ready to be shipped" in the in the initial email, leaving no recourse. Also the address stated on site is bogus. They are not located in Sheridan WY....or the USA, thus escaping pursuit from the BBB. They refused to give me a supervisor or contact number, just an email address with an AI bot that can care less about integrity. I'd avoid their website like the plague! These products can be purchased via Walmart.

Shipping took a sweet forever, nearly a month from order date to arrival, but I love the Pureveen drops. The dosages are on point, couldn't be easier.

Scam Alert - I also did a one time order which I received than received another a few weeks later which I did not order. I saw the charge first and reported fraud on my credit card saw I had the transaction cancelled and then ordered a new credit card. Hate these sammers!

Placed a one time order for one product. Upon finalizing order, their system generated a second order for 6 products and charged my credit card. Trying to communicate with them is terrible. Stay away from this company. It is definitely a fraudulent operation.

Easy to take and no taste. Have noticed some improvement and waiting for more.

This company Pureveen is a scam.
My first order never arrived but the second order from a subcription i never signed up for arrive 1 week later.
Their product made me sick right away but they would not refund my money because i didnt use it for 90 days!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I ordered Pureveen Digestive Balance, and received a bottle labeled Thyroid Balance. I emailed customer support requesting return instructions for a refund. The reply was that it is the same formula, they just re-labeled the bottles. I pointed out that the ingredients don't match up, but she insisted it was the same thing. I have been back and forth with both Emily and Emma (maybe the same person??) for several weeks now and they refuse to honor the 90 day guarantee. And now they no longer reply to my messages. Seriously, it treats digestive issues AND thyroid problems??? Wow, maybe I should try it on my hemorrhoids too!! My advice if you are considering this??? RUN AWAY!!! It's Snake Oil.

Everything about this company is a scam. Product taste is inconsistent.
Their US phone number is fake.
Their US address is fake.
Their 90-day guarantee is an absolute lie.
You communicate to a bot named Emma who always responds with the same message and eventually will stop responding to you.

This is the worst company ever to get a refund. There was no disclaimer people with flora allergies should bt take the product. The customer service is run by an AI bot Emma that does nothing but stall and mislead you, even after stating you will get a full refund. A real scam where you are AUTOMATICALLY added for renewal without your permission. Terrible product and terrible support.

So far I’ve sent an email to see where the shipment is that I ordered about 2 weeks ago and see a Chinese tracking number that I can’t follow and I got NO RESPONSE from “customer service”. I didn’t expect to be getting a drop shipped product from China when I ordered. At least have a US warehouse so customers paying a premium price get a product in a timely manner. I’m already skeptical and I see no third party testing which I would like evidence of because of all the heavy metals commonly found nowadays in supplements. I just tried to send another email and they have blocked my email!! Incredible! I’m filing a complaint with the states Attorney General.

I loved the formula with copper on it! It really worked, if not to loose a few pounds at least to feed my thyroid with everything that it needs! Since the formula changed, I’m stuck there, and gaining weight! Still feeds my thyroid and it tastes better than the formula with copper on it!

Hashimotos has made my hormones chaotic for years. This is the first supplement where something actually felt different. More stable energy, lighter cycle, less crashes. Three months in and still improving.

I have had fatigue nobody could explain for two years. Thyroid fine, iron fine, everything fine apparently. Six weeks on this and im getting through full days without crashing. Something was off with my liver. This fixed it.

Do not order from this company. It's a FRAUD. They charge your credit card and don't send the merchandise. They will mail you an empty postmarked envelope and refused to refund your money. Always checks the reviews before you order. They will not send you any merchandise or a refund after they have charged your card. FRAUD.

Totally insane customer service experience. I guess they use Ai because their responses were just repeating the same thing over and over basically ignoring my request and refusing to cancel my subscription. Formal and immediate response times but no acknowledgement of my actual experience. I worked out how to do it myself but the email responses from them felt like a weird dream that would absolutely have had no end.

Only been taking this for a month and a half. I think I'm starting to feel a little difference. I seem to have a little more energy than before. I know it takes a while to really show a big difference. Everyone is different. I'm going to continue with it for now.

Second purchase. First one came fast and perfect, this one did to. The product quality is consistent which is what matters most to me. The bottle design also just looks really nice.

I started Purveen thyroid about 3 weeks ago. To be honest, my brain fog is slightly better. I'm not noticing anything with weight loss, but I do feel more active than before. So my energy is slightly better too. With more time and a steady dose I think I will see more results.
