Due to the travel restrictions in place to combat COVID-19 we have received a very high number of customer services enquiries. We would like to apologise because this has meant that we are taking longer than normal to respond. We are grateful for your patience and are working around the clock to get back to everyone as soon as possible.
How our service has been impacted
We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.
Your query may take longer than usual as we are working with operators around the world, many of whom are operating with reduced staffing levels. In such instances we will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible.

You can manage your booking, including making cancellations and amendments by logging into My Account on ParkVia.com with the email address used for placing the booking. This service is accessible 24 hours a day.
