Austin (our assigned head coach) is a BEASTTTT, he cared about our success, chased my asses, made sure I execute. And I love this program cared about you literally every day, not just "day 1 after you paid" like most programs lol. It's month #2 as of writing, and they have the same level of care for us. I honestly went into this with no idea whether it was going to work, and investing this kind of money into ads and a funnel felt like a huge leap of faith.

I have been working with Scaleclients for just over 45 days. The experience has been very refreshing. I closed my first deal this week.
This team is legit and they truly care about your success and are on top of everything.
I have worked with other groups and it took over 6 months to close my first deal.

I was genuinely excited to work with ScaleClients.io, but my experience has been a huge letdown. For my first scheduled call, I did everything asked of me: watched all the required videos, got my reminder emails and texts, and then waited 15 minutes on the call with no one showing up. I messaged that I was there and waiting, and Wayne never responded.

After that no-show, I received around 27 automated emails. I figured I'd give them another shot and scheduled a second call, watched the entire required video again, and this one was cancelled an hour beforehand by Herschel, with no real explanation.

Thinking maybe there was some issue with my video-watch not registering, I signed up a third time and watched the full 26-minute video from start to finish again. This time, Herschel cancelled the call two minutes before it was set to start.

If ScaleClients.io doesn't want new business, that's fine, just say so. But don't send daily emails for weeks after missing an appointment, only to cancel again minutes before I finally get a second chance. Total waste of time and a frustrating way to treat a prospective client.

Incredibly generic advice for established businesss or experienced practioners.
The service is more geared towards brand-new operators in the marketing space. The team gives you a very broad offer "X result for Y industry in X time or money back", a generic GHL snapshot, blank landing page template and then blames the client for when they don't see results. Troubleshooting includes "make a new ad account", "you made a mistake on setup" or "upgrade to our elite DFY program."

It is, essentially the churn and burn agency model..

TLDR: If your business sells anything high ticket over the phone, and you’re not working with SCIO, your competitors will and will run circles around you.

Kai and his team is super helpful, you can tell they care and support you wholeheartedly just by watching the videos and they give you feedback on every question, comment or concern you have they’re there to help on it all, they’re honestly awesome and huge shoutout to my boy Mason, he’s a legend and idk where I would be in my business if it weren’t for his 1on1 help.

I paid $7,800 for ScaleClients' done-for-you program because they guaranteed results, something like 15 new clients a month or you don't pay. With a 30 day "no questions asked, money back guarantee." So I figured, what do I have to loose? I did everything they told me and ran the exact ads their team approved setup GHL exactly how they recommend. After about a month and roughly $2,000 of my own ad money, 200+ hours of wasted time, I got zero calls and zero clients.

When I signed up they advertised a 30 day no questions asked refund. I asked for mine on day 24, which is inside their own window, and they flat out refused. Then they lied about their own policy and said I wasn't active enough in the skool group, which isn't anywhere in the refund terms I agreed to.
So the guarantee meant nothing and the refund policy meant nothing. I'm still out $7,800. Save yourself the money and the headache. These guys have no integrity.

I've hired and fired 9 agencies in the past year and actively engaged with 4 right now (about to fire another one, going down to 3).

After two months, multiple calls, and following the process they laid out, I had zero new clients booked into my calendar. When I tried to initiate the money-back guarantee they advertised, they refused to honor it.

At this point, I've been completely misled by the advertising, the sales process, and the promise of results. I am currently requesting a refund, but being denied and if this is not resolved, I am prepared to take legal action.

This has been one of the worst business experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly caution others to read the contract carefully and not rely on the advertised guarantee unless it is clearly included in writing. This is a classic bait and switch.

I'll be honest, I've been through a lot of programs before, and I came into this one with some skepticism. But SCIO and Kai Bax have genuinely blown me away.
In 5-6 weeks I've acquired 9 clients and collected $9k cash, with only $1.5k in adspend. And that's before any MRR has even kicked in yet. The ROI speaks for itself.
What sets this apart from everything else I've tried is how current and thorough the training is.
