I called Marble and I wanted to see the fees that they charge for a divorce and spoke with Brandon a very professional guy that wanted me to pay flat fee for the services. I couldn't do it that they. He kept calling me and calling me until the 8/28/2026 which he helped me to get the fees financed through affirm. One month free which also gave me a discount of 20%. The total to pay was going g to be $4, 720. I set an appointment to speak with a lawyer on 8/31/2026 @ 11:30am. The kickoff called with Merlie Fleurizard which she called at the date and time and explained to her that I was not going to go through the divorce and that I was canceling my services because I am disabled and I live of social security and also my daughter is autistic and disabled. She said to me that they have not done anything yet and that she was going to let the financial team to call me and no one did until I called and spoke with a gentleman on 9/3/2026 after receiving the refund amount of $1699.2. I explained to this guy everything that happened and there was no way that they could charge me $3020.80 for the services they provided to me from the moment I signed the contract. They asked me to upload my driver's license and I'd. I had so many questions to the lawyer and Brandon told me schedule your appointment asap which I did. Isn't the call with the lawyer to tell you what was the best for me the client? How can you charge me $3020.80 for uploading my ids and to speak with Merlie to let her know that I was not going to go through the divorce? On 9/1/2026 I received the email from you saying that you will not take on my case because I already told the lawyer that I was canceling the services with Marble. This is Fraud!!. A friend of mine told me that they did the same thing to her and this company was not a good company and had no well communications with their clients. Now I understand why Brandon wanted for me to help me with all of this options to pay for the flat fee services. I just wanted you to know that you fraud a 56 year old disabled woman with an autistic child and with no money. Now I have to pay the remaining balance to affirm for the services you did not provide to me. Will never recommend this company to no one.

Do not use these services. IT’S A SCAM!!!!! Once you enter your information into the AI portal, it spits a draft within five minutes. If you change your mind even within 24 hours, the company will charge you an absurd amount of money. You don’t even need to speak with a lawyer. I’m currently disputing my charges.

I have not been thru a divorce before this firm is what they tell u they are ! As far as I can see they are doing everything to make this happen as easy as it can . For me right now I give it a 100 percent hands down head up

The lawyer screwed up adoption papers with wrong date of birth for parent and now they wont answer the phone or emails. No one will return my calls, took my $5000 and now I need to get a new lawyer to fix their mistake. Would not recommend.

My current experience has been terrible. Im trying to go through with adopting my niece, it was supposed to be about 3-4 months at most according to the attorney, that was 7 months ago. We havent even filed the petition yet as far as i am aware, i have tried contacting the attorney time and time again but he just does not respond. I have been very patient about timeline, i gave us a whole year to get this done, but now we are at the point where theres not really enough time to get it done before her 18th bday.

The whole purpose of this was to give my niece VA college benefits which cannot happen if my niece is 18 or older, but Marble linked me with a wholely incompetent lawyer.

I am currently awaiting a response from marble about my refund request. I am incredibly upset about this as is my niece and her mother.

I will consider changing my rating based on what comes of the refund request.

they are scum bags liars they take your money then steal from you they are pieces of shit the best way to get a lawyer is on your own do not use marble they lie and steal i only gave them a 5 star review so it would pop up first so nobody gets robbed by these low lives

Marble Law is a scam operation and I will not let it go. They charged me $2000 for a name change back in February and back in June I contact them to find out what was going on and some Attorney that doesn’t even work in their office ask me for more time to investigate and I stopped him right there and asked him what are you investigating? His answer was, Aliases. I told him that doesn’t make any sense, I told him I paid you guys for a legal name change because my mom illegally changed it when we were little. He says oh okay, I’ll file the paperwork in court and that never happened. I received an email stating they were dropping the case. To my surprise, I get on Google to review them and they have done this to several people, then they pay to have the bad review removed. They can’t do that with Trustpilot. Stay away do not hire for anything. I’ll keep everyone posted.

Even though the service is virtual, they are right on spot with phone calls offering any help needed and encouragement through the steps that need to be taken.

They're very calm, collective and are willing to help, and I appreciate that, because I believe fathers should be given a chance to not just mothers and they are willing to help.

I got called back right away. The AI was great, very helpful. Will was very nice & knowledgeable. Cathy called me like they said she would & she was very nice too & listened & helped me.
