Eerste (kleine) zending was perfect.
2e zending gedaan in Juni en tot op heden niks ontvangen. Contact gehad met de webshop en ze vragen je ondanks niks ontvangen te hebben 90 euro extra om de spullen opnieuw op te sturen.
Bestel hier nooit!

Never received my package
Its been 3 months and the company refuses to refund me the $150 i spent. Never use this trash company. Youre better off using Temu

No communication whatsover.

Unresponsive to emails. Just accepted payment. Order not fulfilled.

Le t-shirt che ho ricevuto sono difettose. La stampa frontale è completamente decentrata. La stampa sul retro è realizzata in DTF ed è molto plasticosa e lucida

Mixed bag. I got 2 pairs of shorts and a tank top.
First,minimal communication - I got a receipt and eventually a dispatched email, but radio silence for 2 weeks with no estimated dispatch. They also did not respond to an email asking for an estimated dispatch.

Now the bigger issue, quality. Both pairs of shorts are different in style with one having a noticeably higher print quality. This tells me there are no standards and it's almost certain that Ostehard are just drop shipping. The tank top has a mediocre print, its obvious they used too low a resolution image for such a large print on the back, but it's better than one of the pair of shorts.

With the consistency of quality, you'd be better shopping on Temu.

Ho fatto il mio primo ordine il giorno 07/07/26 acquistando 6 magliette di stampe differenti e una felpa, totale 195€, nonostante le recensioni non fossero rassicuranti ho fatto questo azzardo. Devo dire che mi è andata bene! Tramite Paypal il pacco sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 27/07, invece è arrivato oggi, 24/07. In ansia l’ho aperto e devo dire che sono rimasta contenta, ogni singola maglietta imbustata nella sua confezione, il materiale è molto morbido non sarà sicuramente cotone al 100% però comunque è un bel tessuto. Le stampe sono tutte belle a parte un piccolo difetto in una, però passabile. Le felpa è molto calda, all’interno ha la fodera felpata. La mia esperienza è del tutto positiva, vedremo al primo lavaggio se le stampe rimangono come adesso 😂

Ordine mai consegnato e finti tentativi di consegna.
Dopo due mesi ho richiesto il rimborso che non hanno provveduto ad eseguire.
Per fortuna esiste Paypal…

Mauvaise qualité. Impression floue et vol de propriété d'image. Service client plus que discutable. A fuir.

Warte noch immer auf die Lieferung musste paypal einschalten und mit käuferschutz drohen bis die geschafft haben die artikel zu senden nur falsche versprechen und bestimmt schlechte qualität aber dazu kann ich noch nichts sage. Bezahlen lassen sie sich natürlich auch vorher und arbeiten tun sie erst mit druck. Bloß nicht bestellen.

Hab über Instagram Werbung gesehen und bestellt.

Die Ware kommt aus China .. vermutlich dropshipping.

Hatte 3 Shirts mit verschiedenen Drucks wovon 2 sehr gut ausgefallen sind. 1 Druck war eher verschwommen.
Paket kam nach ca 2 Wochen an.
Die Shirts sind recht solide vom Stoff, hab aber noch keins in der Waschmaschine gewaschen … lieber von Hand wegen des Drucks.

Antwort bekam ich auch direkt, nachdem ich hier gelesen hatte, es wäre Scam, und hab darauf direkt den Support nach einer Sendungsnummer gefragt.

Quality of the print is abysmal! 30€ price tag for pixelated prints is absolutely criminal! Id be surprised if this cheap plasticky print would last two washes. Definitely not worth the price tag, wish you guys would’ve invested more on your product instead of instagram ads! Shame!

1 of 4 shorts were gravely misprinted. Cant reach them by any mail, as all their emails are closed. The other 3 shorts quality felt somewhat OK, but not at all good quality. Wouldnt recommend.

Never received my order. I’ve been emailing them for months and they rarely respond to my emails. They’re refusing to send me a new order or give me a refund. They said I’d need to pay an additional $30 for a new shipping fee, which is not happening. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

If I could give less than 1* I would this company is awful and DOES NOT follow its own refund policy.
The jumpers received were faulty, one side of the pocket was smaller than the other on both jumpers. The quality was no where near what they advertise, with material so thin you can see through it almost and the medium was more like a small.

I tried many times to ask them for a return label as detailed on their site but they told me it was too expensive to return to their warehouse in Asia.

Really bad quality on the print and clothing

Worst experience ever. The items I received were poor quality and so I wanted to return them for a refund. My request was within the parameters of their policy but the 'customer service' essentially refused to give me a return label and initiate the refund. They wanted me to pay for shipping again for new items, as if that was what I wanted. Will never order from there again.

The products are exactly what I wanted. The only minor downside was that I could not track my order until the day before it arrived, but everything arrived perfectly and in great condition.

Please don't order from them the company has dissolved yet they still advertise on Instagram stories, which I believe is also illegal btw, so they can't trade or fulfill any orders. The official company name these guys full under is SWIFTWINGS TECHNOLOGY UK LTD. If you Google them it will show you that they dissolved. Rip my 80 pounds lol
