Cut from 60 to 30 days in storage this screw some buys and future buys, made horrible the parcel selection scheme, at least add some aprox for the cost of the parcel

We understand your frustration about the free storage period changing from 60 to 30 days, and we know it makes collecting several items for one shipment less flexible. This change was made after an overall review of our operations. As the number of parcels stored in our warehouse kept growing, a shorter free storage period helps us keep enough space available, process and pack parcels faster, and keep everyone's items well managed. We know it is not ideal for customers who like to consolidate over a longer time, and we have shared your comments with our team.
About the parcel submission process: we recently updated the package submission and consolidation pages. If a specific step has become harder to use, please let our customer support team know through the "Contact" button in your account. Your details will help us improve it.
We also agree that seeing an approximate cost while selecting items for a parcel would be useful, and we have passed this suggestion on as well. In the meantime, our Shipping Estimator can give you a rough idea of the shipping cost before you submit a parcel.

Great finds, but terrible shipping configuration.
The shipping costs are extremely high, and the biggest issue is that you don’t know how much you’ll have to pay until after you’ve already purchased the item. This is really disappointing, especially because the final price can increase by a lot.
In my personal experience, I bought an item that cost around $30 USD, but after shipping, the total came to approximately $95 USD. That’s a huge price difference that you don’t know about beforehand.
I really hope they improve this system in the future, because it makes the whole shopping experience much less enjoyable.

We're sorry the final cost was so much higher than you expected. You've raised a fair point: not knowing the total in advance makes it hard to plan, and seeing a $30 item end up at around $95 is disappointing. The reason is that, as a proxy service, your first payment covers the item price and domestic shipping within Japan, while international shipping depends on the actual packed weight, volume, destination and the route you choose, which we can only measure once the item arrives at our warehouse. Before paying for shipping, you can review the full cost breakdown and compare the available routes.
For a single item, shipping can feel especially high because international routes have a minimum charge. Some ways to lower the cost per item: check the Shipping Estimator before ordering, combine several items into one parcel during the free storage period, and use services such as removing outer packaging or vacuum sealing where suitable.
We have shared your feedback about seeing costs earlier with our team, and we will keep working to make estimates more accurate. Great first time experience!!
This is my first time ordering from JPFans, and I’m very glad to say I’m happy with the experience!
I love how you can shop from many different online stores including Mercari and Amazon Japan. Once you request shipping they will take a photo of all your items which gives me peace of mind that everything was as I ordered! Additionally you can pay for this service as well as a quality inspection to make sure what you ordered is all in good condition before you request shipping.
My first order arrived with everything in perfect condition and it took about 2 weeks—which honestly is not bad at all for orders being shipped overseas.
My only complaint is that I found searching for things a little complicated—I found that it was easier to search in Japanese than English because often nothing would come up in the results when I did. Thankfully however, you are able to copy and paste links into the search bar and find the exact listing you’re looking for. I found this tool very useful!
Overall my experience was pretty good and I definitely intend to use JPFans again in the future soon!!

Overall a great experience. I'm happy with the service provided. If you can, wait until multiple purchases arrive at the Japanese warehouse. Combine them into one international parcel. Consolidation is free for up to 10 items and Try to avoid shipping every item individually. Also Read descriptions carefully: Second-hand Japanese listings are often sold as-is.

My Haul to Europe

My JPFans haul to Europe
My experience was very pleasant using JPFans and customer support was extremely quick and responsive!
This was my first big and expensive purchase, but thanks to JPFans, the whole process was smooth and easy. The prices were amazing. I bought multiple expensive Japanese brands, such as number (n)ine and undercover, which would otherwise be way more expensive on EU marketplaces and in second hand stores.
Everything arrived quickly, undamaged and tightly packed. My tip would be to check out JPFans exclusive Credit Mall, where you could potentially find absolute steals at much lower prices.
I would 100% recommend JPFans and I’ll be definitely ordering from them again soon!

my jpfans haul to europe was amazing!! it was my first time ever buying from them so i was a little unsure but they reassured me through updates, consistent emails, fast shipping and the time i had to pay was worth it. They sent many emails giving small updates or when i had a notification in the app, or even providing multiple discount code opportunities. All of the products i ordered had extremely quick shipping to the warehouse, i overall ordered a set of 6 anime figures which were all extremely cheap whilst maintaining a high quality still in person and super easy to put together. The packages was in one overall medium sized box and it was all packaged carefully and to a high standard with multiple layers of bubble wrapping and protection. I’m super grateful. You have 30 days with your order in the warehouse to pay for international shipping meaning you have plenty of time and it’s extremely stress free. I used up majority of that time and they even emailed me a discount code for paying it to help make it easier. The quality of my figures were extremely high and i earned credits around 6000+ for my order which allowed me to buy another set of figures completely free only charging for shipping which is a good price. I highly recommend them and i will be buying from jpfans from now on, thank you!! ❤️🩹

My JPfans experience to the U.S
JPfans is a great app to buy items from Japan. It offers a wide variety of items to choose from and the buying process is straightforward and easy to understand. It’s especially helpful that they tell you the process of buying the items. I would recommend selecting the ‘Quality Inspection’ service when adding an item to your cart, it helps insure that the item(s) are alright when they arrive at the JPfans warehouse and that there are no abnormalities with them. I bought some plushies and the shipping was fast. The package had arrived quicker than I expected and everything was packaged safely so there was no damage. I’d definitely recommend JPfans to anyone! 10/10 I’ll be placing another order soon

Very dishonest system
Very dishonest system. I just bought goods, transport cost is hidden. Only when you pay it is clearly stated. The transport cost is one of the most expensive, three times the cost of the goods, which is huge! They don't want to reimburse me. I lost money for nothing, not sure what will happen to the goods. Very bad experience.To avoid clearly.

We would like to clarify: JPFans is a proxy platform. Your initial payment only includes the item price and domestic shipping within Japan; international shipping needs to be calculated after the package arrives at our warehouse and is packed, based on the actual weight, volume, destination, and the shipping route you selected, so it cannot be displayed in advance at checkout. This is not a hidden fee. Before you confirm payment of the shipping fee, the system will clearly list all fee details.
There are usually several reasons for higher shipping costs: for example, the package is large or heavy, there are special handling requirements, the selected route includes prepaid customs duties, or you purchased a very small item—because international logistics has a "starting shipping fee (first weight)", the shipping cost for small items can indeed seem relatively high. We suggest you consider consolidating multiple products into one shipment within a certain range, or try using services such as "Remove courier/product packaging" or "Vacuum Sealing" to reduce the package volume, thereby lowering the shipping cost.
In addition, regarding refunds, since most of JPFans' products come from sellers on second-hand platforms like Mercari, whether a refund is possible mainly depends on the seller's policy.
