DO NOT buy anything from JJ’shouse
I ordered custom-dress for my daughter.
But it’s too small for her, because they don’t understand how to make dresses. They have to make a dress to finished dimensions, but they made it to nude measurements.
Unless they sent defective product, they didn’t accept return.

They responded to this review yesterday, right before the return/refund deadline.
I strongly believe they made me wait six days to respond to my review on purpose to take away my rights.
I have not requested a return or refund from them. Well, for whatever reason they're not going to give me my money back.
I just want to stop people from being scammed. It is best NOT to buy anything from this company.

They claim to have sent photos of the dress being measured before shipping, but that's complete nonsense.
After receiving the dress, I inquired about the different size and they sent me the picture. When I saw the image, I realized that they had mixed up the nude measurements and finished measurements when making the dress. I keep the photos they send me along with the time of receipt as evidence.
They have removed my honest review from their official website. I now understand why there are no negative reviews on their website.
I will also post my experience on Reddit. I will also provide information to the Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency.
カスタムメイドでドレスをオーダーしました。彼らはサイズを実寸通りに作ったため、当然小さすぎました。カスタムメイドはサイズを間違えていたとしても返品不可です。
ドレス作りの基本がわかってない企業でまったくお勧めしません。

彼らがこのレビューに返信してきたのは、返品返金期限ぎりぎりの昨日です。レビューに返信するのを6日間も待たせたのは故意で、こちらの権利を失わせるためでしょう。
私は彼らからの返品返金を要求もしていません。ただ、他のみなさんがこれ以上被害を受けるのを止めたいのです。
この会社では、オーダードレス以外でも商品を購入することはまったくおすすめできません。

彼らは発送前にドレス計測中の写真を送ったと書いていますが、まったくのでたらめです。こちらが受け取った後にサイズ違いについて問い合わせたところ、ドレスを計測している画像を送ってきました。その画像で、仕上がり寸法を間違えてドレスを製作していることが判明したのです。彼らが送ってきた写真は受取時間とともに証拠として保存しています。
彼らはオフィシャルサイトから私の率直なレビューを削除しています。彼らのサイトで低評価のレビューがない理由も理解しました。Redditにも私の経験を書いておこうと思います。日本の消費者庁にも情報提供いたします。
