Overall very happy with the site and its features. I had a problem with the annual plan, which changed without being notified. However, Kate was really quick to help me out and solve my problems, so a great costumer service experience as well.

I don't like it when subscriptions are renewed without prior notice. That doesn't give the customer a chance to cancel the subscription beforehand.

I had a very complicated problem concerning changes of email address, lost account and many other issues. Kate from Jenny AI support worked over a weekend to fix them, gave clear and detailed prompts what shall I do and - after a long enquiry resolved the problem! She was so patient, professional and friendly, that i was sure - all will be fixed in the best way. Many thanks, it was a great job!

I found Jenni AI difficult to use and not very user-friendly. When I realised it wasn’t the right fit for me, I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t get a refund. The experience left me frustrated and feeling that the service didn’t offer good value for my money.

I’d like to see a simpler, more intuitive interface and clearer information about refunds before people sign up. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Jenni AI.

It was a very useful tool to write the introduction of my PhD

I’ve used Jenni to do the draft of my PhD, and helped a lot, specially on the suggested comments and listing the bibliography in all different ways.

I struggle (at least on the first versions, it’s been a while i don use it), when I export it to word, as the text/figures and formulas didn’t match exactly. Running it to latex worked but needed a step in the middle

Jenni research help is not useful. That is why I do not want to continue but still they debit my account

I took paid plan for one month only. Yesterday, they charged me automatically from my card for next month without my permission.  

Really satisfied with Jenni, helped me a lot navigating and writing papers.

The only thing that bothered me is that once in a writing flow, the same citation is inserted over and over, while the benefits are in diversification.

I cancelled my subscription after the payment in 2024 and they have continued to deduct my account at first in 2025 they said I did not cancel so I did not bother that they did not refund me. I logged in again cancelled my subscription and and have not logged in since 2025 but today I get a deduction for a service i have not used since 2024? I need my money back NOW

Totally waste of money. Too much costly and not very helpful. Donot provide any support if need help. very bad response system.

This might as well be a criminal organization they are very sneaky or incompetent so i registered for the plus and i want to cancel on my
Phone but it says no i have to go on the desktop which i do then when i do i still cannot cancel it there is no prompt or place to click on and doesn’t work on chrome either. I then talk to customer care and its 7 hours later with no response trying to get money from hoping you forget to cancel disgusting company and its not even useful for academic writing very clunky avoid this nonsense

There are many reviews below mentioning that this platform does not clearly explain its payment system and automatically renews subscriptions without providing notifications or reminders.

I really dislike the way the company makes money through this kind of strategy, and honestly, it is quite disappointing.

Even though I requested a refund, they refused it based on their own unfair refund policy, saying that it is non-refundable.

Besides the payment system issue, I do not think the service itself is worth paying for.

Just like so many other people here, after I canceled I had a $144.00 charge pop up. I canceled because of a serious health condition and I could use or afford the service any longer. I am having to hit food banks to get by because I can't work so this is a disaster for me. I am going back and forth with them but they're saying I didn't cancel last year, which is not true. I am disputing the charge on my credit card ( which was not current but they managed to push through the charge anyway.

Very bad product, their plug in and cameras have power supply problems. Components fail on the board and the unit quits. This also happens to their cameras in less than one year for both DO NOT BUY !!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was very impressed by the fact that you can have your own Library with which you can work in the bestcway. Specifically with citations, which now you can use properly in short time and precise. This, and its way of reasoning, makes Jenni.AI a very powerful help to any researcher or writer.
