Our company ordered a cylinder head with head gasket and bolt kit included. The shipment was delivered in a orderly fashion. When we received the package the head gasket and bolts were not included . In addition the cam bearings (2) were wrapped in plastic and sitting in the box un installed. When I emailed them they needed pictures of the contents of box and shipping lable.
Unfortunately we went to hyundai bought the gaskets and bolts to complete the job. There should be a quality control that at least looks at the contents of a order and reviews what should be in the order.

The 90 degree 02 spacer arrived close to the estimated delivery date and looked as as advertised. Item was installed and corrected the CEL due to an off-road use upper exhaust system. Eventually the CEL came back on. An inspection of the spacer revealed the end cap fell off. The cap and filter are nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service and Joey was amazing and offered to send a replacement. Thanks to Joey I should be able to fix the CEL issue now.

Ich habe einen Artikel dort bestellt dieser hat dann nach 4 Monaten leider einen Defekt aufgezeigt. Ich habe dann ewig diskutieren müssen das ich keinen Rabatt von 10,20,50% haben möchte sondern einen neuen Artikel oder eine Rückerstattung. Ich habe dann die Bestätigung der Rückerstattung bekommen wenn ich den Artikel zerstöre. Nachdem ich die Bilder übersendet habe habe ich weder eine Rückerstattung erhalten noch hat sich jemals die Kelly von der entsprechenden Abteilung nochmal gemeldet. Bloß nicht kaufen, billiges China Zeug!

Please people don't waist your time with this Jcarparts...Ordered the part on July 6 for my Honda was waiting 10 days until they shipped the part when on website states they shipping in 3 days.....was trying to call customer service for a two three days no one picked up the phone was sending emails with my part number and asking what's going on didn't receive anything back after 3days got a response that they shipped out the part and I can wait patiently... it's July 18 still waiting no part..THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with JCarParts.

I paid **$629** for a part that did not work when I received it. I contacted customer service multiple times to resolve the issue and requested a full refund since the part was defective. After many phone calls and repeated attempts to get this resolved, they only refunded **40%** of what I paid, leaving me to absorb the rest of the loss for a part that never worked.

This is completely unacceptable. When a customer pays hundreds of dollars for a product that doesn't function, the company should stand behind what they sell and provide a fair resolution. Instead, I was left frustrated, out of pocket, and feeling like my concerns didn't matter.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JCarParts to anyone. Their customer service and refund policy were incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here. I expected accountability and professionalism, but unfortunately, I received neither.

Trotz einer Verwechslung bei meiner Bestellung hat der Kundenservice sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Alle meine Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet und es wurde eine unkomplizierte sowie kundenorientierte Lösung gefunden. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass sich der Service viel Mühe gegeben hat und mir ohne großen Aufwand entgegengekommen ist. Vielen Dank an das Team für die schnelle und faire Unterstützung. Klare Empfehlung!

If I could give 0 I would. I have not received my package even tho they said it was delivered. I have contacted costumer service twice on two different mail adresse, no reply. I even send them a dm on instagram!!!
