I don't recommend this company
I don't recommend this company. I purchased several items over 6 weeks ago and from the very get go there were issues. All shipping/tariffs/duties were paid upfront by me obviously (and was 1/3rd of the total order amount 🙄) I get an email almost a week later saying they need more money for shipping?? This already seemed super sus but I wanted my order that they were holding hostage so I paid the additional fee. Next they shipped it a super lazy/cheap way that resulted in them passing off the package to speedx instead of usps which EVERY other Japanese website or Japanese seller on ebay, etc has always done. Speedx doesn't deliver to military bases (I live on an airforce base) and this is common knowledge. When I saw it was handed off to speedx I immediately e-mailed them to intercept this and fix the issue and warned them they would not be able to deliver to me. They ignored me for 3 days (I e-mailed them once per day) while every other time I e-mailed them they responded in 24 hours... after the 3 day ignore they finally respond, "Ooooh I'm soooo sorry! It's too late now!!! 😪" Likeeee? No duh! You did this on purpose! So after a month and a half of being strung along with a million "I'm sorry" but no resolution, I had finally had it and opened a case with paypay. Japan figure then promptly asked me to cancel the dispute so I could receive my refund "better" LOL! This company is a joke and crazy to think I would void any protection of getting my money back by canceling my dispute. 😆 It takes 5 seconds to hit to refund button and do the right thing but they just refuse. Don't order from this company unless you want the risk of being strung along if anything goes wrong because they WILL hang you out to dry.

At first I thought this was an untrustworthy site, but taking a closer look they actually are very trustworthy. I had a very pleasant experience with them, they communicated very quickly despite the time zones (coming from the U.S). I will say if you’re trying to contact them, i wouldn’t recommend directly emailing them, instead go through the customer support through their website. I tried emailing them directly once and did not receive a response, but when i went through their website to contact them i got a response within a couple of hours. To submit a direct request just go to their website, scroll down to the bottom and you’ll find a drop down that says Need Help? Click on that and go to product request and you will definitely get a response that way rather than emailing them directly. It did take a moment for my product to get shipped out, but as soon as they got it packaged and shipped out it came very quickly. For reference I order 06/18 and it got shipped out 06/24, and arrived 06/29, so it took just over a week for it arrive. They did do a very good job with packaging, the box was in great condition and it had no damage. In all this site is very trustworthy. They communicate super fast, but you just have to go directly through their website.

Good Customer service
Upon purchasing the above mentioned item, japan-figure cust service caught up to me and notify me that it was a 2nd hand goods consignment.
I asked for pictures or video of the speed checker that was operating. I am fine as long as its operating as per normal.
Cust serv reply it was not in their custody so a demo was not available but they assured me that they have a high standard of consigning the purchased item. Hence I agree to continue with the order.
2weeks later it reached my place and i popped two batteries to find its able to power on and detect the speed of my newly build tamiya mini 4wd.
Kudos to Hikaru Yozakura.
