⭐️ 1 stella – Costi aggiuntivi non comunicati chiaramente

Esperienza molto negativa. Ho effettuato un ordine del valore di circa 147 € su questo sito giapponese, pagando già durante l’acquisto le commissioni/costi aggiuntivi previsti per l’importazione in Italia.

Nonostante questo, una volta arrivato il pacco in Italia, mi è stato richiesto di pagare altri 43 € di spese doganali per poter ricevere la spedizione.

Il problema principale non è solamente l’importo delle spese, ma la mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza. Se durante il pagamento vengono già addebitati costi relativi all’importazione, il cliente dovrebbe essere informato chiaramente dell’eventualità di ulteriori oneri doganali e del loro possibile importo.

Mi sono ritrovato a dover pagare altri 43 € praticamente all’arrivo del pacco, perché ovviamente, per non rischiare di perdere la spedizione, non avevo altra scelta che pagare.

Su un ordine da 147 €, dover aggiungere altri 43 € di costi non comunicati in maniera sufficientemente chiara è una situazione assolutamente insoddisfacente.

Prima di acquistare consiglio vivamente di informarsi molto bene su tutti i costi effettivi di importazione, perché il prezzo pagato sul sito potrebbe non essere quello finale.

Per quanto mi riguarda, non acquisterò nuovamente da questo sito.

Originally I wrote a review out of frustration. I ordered a item and it just seemed sit in one place for a long time after it was supposed to be delivered. I contacted the company. They were very prompt in their response and help. They gave me great information and were very proactive. I would gladly order from them again and I would highly recommend them.

The team is great super helpful and reply very fast! 1000% would recommend to my friends. I plan to buy more soon!

The item ordered was delivered on time and was exactly as described. Japan Figure also has a good number of special items available. I would definitely buy from them again.

Shipping was smooth and fast but expensive

This store is run by a scammer who tries to get more money for you after you've purchased.

Tried to charge me an extra £100 for Palworld boxes.
They raised their price from £40 to £60 and that's somehow my problem.

Pre ordered Storm Emeralda booster box early May. Product was released late July. Since then I'd recieved no update on dispatch. I chased them up via email contact. Had initial response of 'they will take a look at my order and update me', but recieved no further contact. I sent further emails but no initial response. Through perseverance however, I eventually heard back and since then they have been very swift in resolving the issue and have been very thorough in keeping me updated on dispatch and tracking etc. I don't feel it should have taken my level of chasing, however, they have been courteous in their communication and open about the reasons for delays which I respect. Hopefully my experience is a rare one of bad misfortune. Happy to give them another go, next time im in the hunt for japanese pokemon products.
As an update, product received and was as described. Safely packaged. The company have continued communication checking everything has been okay since dispatch and post arrival. I can now confirm the company is legit for anyone unsure on reading reviews. Just perhaps expect to need patience when ordering. Upgraded to 4 stars given good customer care post initial posting of this review.

My recent experience with this company's customer service has been profoundly disappointing, defined by what can only be described as predatory and unethical business practices.
I originally placed a preorder through their website and waited patiently for fulfillment. However, upon discovering that another trusted retailer, BigBadToyStore (BBTS), had the figure in stock and ready to ship immediately, I purchased it from BBTS—who shipped the item the very same day. Realizing I no longer needed the duplicate, unfulfilled preorder, I immediately contacted customer support to cancel it before any fulfillment took place.
Over the course of four consecutive days, I sent four separate emails requesting a cancellation. For four full days, the company completely ignored my messages. Yet, conveniently, on the fourth day, I received a notification stating that my order had just been shipped that day. This calculated delay appears to be a deliberate, bad-faith tactic designed to bypass cancellation requests, force an unwanted sale, and lock in customer funds rather than provide basic, customer-centric service.
Being forced to shoulder the financial burden of duplicate merchandise due to intentional communication blockades is entirely unacceptable. Companies that employ these manipulative tactics completely forfeit consumer trust. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise other collectors to take their business to BigBadToyStore, where ethical treatment and honorable customer service are actually prioritized.

Awful customer service. Made a mistake for a pre order item, cancelled the order MONTHS before the release and still was forced to pay 10% of the value INCLUDING the shipment and duties which I find ridiculous and an abuse of their refund policy.
Never again.

Toy arrived in reasonable time and the toy n good condition. Easy to buy items from their website.

Title says it all. Tracking number didn't update for a bit and my order suddenly showed up, so fair warning, but it was grweat overall and they have super good pricing on most things that I saw

Everything was delivered in good quality and quite quickly aswell and the website makes it easy to find what you are looking for, it is overall a genuinely good experience.

I don't recommend this company. I purchased several items over 6 weeks ago and from the very get go there were issues. All shipping/tariffs/duties were paid upfront by me obviously (and was 1/3rd of the total order amount 🙄) I get an email almost a week later saying they need more money for shipping?? This already seemed super sus but I wanted my order that they were holding hostage so I paid the additional fee. Next they shipped it a super lazy/cheap way that resulted in them passing off the package to speedx instead of usps which EVERY other Japanese website or Japanese seller on ebay, etc has always done. Speedx doesn't deliver to military bases (I live on an airforce base) and this is common knowledge. When I saw it was handed off to speedx I immediately e-mailed them to intercept this and fix the issue and warned them they would not be able to deliver to me. They ignored me for 3 days (I e-mailed them once per day) while every other time I e-mailed them they responded in 24 hours... after the 3 day ignore they finally respond, "Ooooh I'm soooo sorry! It's too late now!!! 😪" Likeeee? No duh! You did this on purpose! So after a month and a half of being strung along with a million "I'm sorry" but no resolution, I had finally had it and opened a case with paypay. Japan figure then promptly asked me to cancel the dispute so I could receive my refund "better" LOL! This company is a joke and crazy to think I would void any protection of getting my money back by canceling my dispute. 😆 It takes 5 seconds to hit to refund button and do the right thing but they just refuse. Don't order from this company unless you want the risk of being strung along if anything goes wrong because they WILL hang you out to dry.

Great place to buy some Japanese exclusive one piece promo cards at a very good price. Super fast postage. 10/10
