I ordered these because I wanted something reusable and more comfortable than foam earplugs. They are easy to clean, feel well made and have already become part of my normal bedtime routine.

I bought these earplugs because the traffic outside my bedroom was ruining my sleep. The packaging arrived safely, and the earplugs looked much nicer than regular foam ones. They feel softer in my ears and do not create the same painful pressure. I am finally waking up without sore ears every morning.

They feel simple in the best way. No learning curve, no complicated setup, just put them in and go.

I originally bought these earplugs because my partner snores. After using them for a while, I noticed they also soften rain, plumbing sounds and early traffic. They have helped with more nighttime noises than I expected. My whole bedroom feels calmer when I wear them.

These earplugs do not block out noise to give you a good night´s sleep. I was very disappointed with the fact that I could still hear my husband snoring and traffic etc and even more upset when Hears made me pay shipping to return them. Disgraceful. They didn´t give me an opportunity to write an honest review either, BUYER BEWARE.

I chose the Midnightblack pair because I wanted something simple and understated. The package arrived within two days, and the earplugs looked amazing when I opened it. They sit discreetly in my ears and do not stick out awkwardly. I can lie down comfortably without feeling them press against the pillow.

Mark who I deal with was really helpful and told me that the size of earplugs was under the flap in the box which I hadn’t seen. He kept answering my messages and was very courteous.

I’ve used them at work for a few days now. They make the background chatter less annoying but I can still hear when someone speaks to me.

The best thing about these is that I forget I am wearing them. They feel light in my ears and stay comfortable until morning.

Door een late vlucht verbleef ik in een hotel naast een trouwlocatie. De muziek en de gasten gingen tot ver na middernacht door, maar de oordopjes brachten het volume terug naar een laag niveau. Ik viel in slaap lang voordat het feest voorbij was. daardoor verdienden ze definitief een vaste plek in mijn reistas.

Absolutely amazing customer service!

When my order originally arrived it unfortunately it did not come with a set of earplugs and one ear adjustments was missing.

I contacted their customer service and spoke to Ancho who was very helpful.

They sent me two replacement sets of earplugs free of charge, that arrived in excellent time.

Very good product. Very good customer service. Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service, lies on their website and ok performance of product.

1. They state WORLDWIDE shipping. I wanted it to be sent to Lima, Peru (the capital city). It allowed me to pay, but when it came to shipping they REFUSED stating it was 'too remote' (the CAPITAL??) so why state Worldwide shipping if you won't. This meant I had to pay tax twice and ship to the UK, then pay for my own shipping to Peru (again paying import tax) to get hold of them. Customer service were useless.

2. The protectors for use in clubs are actually good. They fit comfortably and work well, I certainly noticed a big reduction in volume with no loss of quality.

3. The sleep ear plugs I felt all night long. They caused my ears to produce wet wax and I was constantly taking them out, scratching and putting them back in again. I don't recommend them for all night wear.

My first delivery gave me confidence to order another colour. The parcel arrived within two days so I felt completely comfortable when placing the second order.

Mark from the support team was really helpful and responsive. Finally received my Hears after there was a mix up with the delivery and Mark was professional and friendly throughout the whole process

Took these on a weekend trip and ended up using them more than planned. They helped at the airport, in a loud restaurantand even during a busy train ride. The noise reduction feels natural rather than too strong. I’m glad I packed them.

I had the order sent to a hotel where I was staying for a few days. It arrived before check in, reception accepted it, and the parcel was waiting when I got there.

The ear plugs are amazing. I use them for lots of different things. Working in the garden, concerts, riding motorbike,... its a game changer. It is not just muted, you can still here. Its just not pain anymore 😀

Even as i had an issue, i contacted the support. Mark helped me fast and super friendly. That was a great experience. I'm super happy with the company and the support. I can just recommend it.

Saved my hearing at wedding reception! I ordered the Hears earplugs for a concert in early August, and they were fantastic. The show was louder than I was expecting it to be, but the earplugs dampened the sound without muffling it. I could hear the music perfectly and they were extremely comfortable. I recently took them with me to a wedding and they were a lifesaver at the reception! The DJ was in a small room in an old stone mansion and the volume was ear-splitting. I grabbed my Hears out of my bag and they made the reception much more enjoyable. My order arrived promptly and the packaging is great. 5 stars!

I had a problem with discount in the basket and the guy (Ancho) from customer support helped me and manually added my order with correct price and gave me a link just to pay and now my order is done I'm just waiting for product

Having read reviews online about how incredible Hears earplugs were supposed to be, including reviews from well established motorbike review agencies, I thought I’d order myself a pair.

Ordering on their website was easy and they had offers on, however I only needed one pair and I was able to order them with relative ease.

That’s exactly where things fell apart.

I received confirmations of my order and within 24 hours, was updated they had been dispatched from Europe (to the U.K.).

And then? Nothing. Zero updates for weeks. I kept checking the tracking however it was clear the parcel had gone missing. I decided to email Hears regarding this and got a response from an AI bot which was absolutely useless. I decided to wait a while longer however after another week, still nothing. So I emailed again.

This time? Nothing. No response. So I found an alternative email on Hears’ website and again, nothing. A few days after I got another response, practically identical to the first only this time they’d added a name (albeit I’m sure this was an AI bot again).

Anyway, here we are around 3 months later and I’m still at a financial loss. I had requested a refund a week ago and was assured this had been passed to the “Billing Team” however he still not had any refund whatsoever. I’m now contesting the payment through my bank.

So I would absolutely not recommend Hears to anyone. Their customer service is abhorrent and I am genuinely shocked that in 2026, companies can act with such disregard to customer service. Save your money and invest in other brands such as Loop or Alpine. Bears are a disgrace of a company and my experience should offer a stern warning to anyone contemplating purchasing from them. If I could give zero stars, I would. I appreciate parcels go missing however leaving paying customers in limbo for so long is disgrace.
