Howe Tools Great service and price! Recommended
Howe Tools made my purchase straight forward and quick.
Their website is simple and easy to use and to pay for my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived the next day which was a Saturday by courier and it was free!
My Makita vacuum arrived safely in very secure packaging and I am very happy with the price I paid and as this company is an approved Makita supplier I get 3 years extra warranty.
I will purchase again from this company.

First and Last Order.
I would not recommend ordering from How Tools. The ordering process is simple enough, but when it comes to actually getting the tool you've paid for, well that's another matter. Forget all this 1hr delivery slot, that's just something that's quoted but means nothing! In the end, I couldn't get confirmation out of them what day my delivery was going to be. Anyway, in the end I had to cancel the order, I need to work for a living not be waiting for tools that are not going to turn up! I've asked for a full refund, but while they were quick to take the order, now are slow to process the refund. Fortunately I paid by Pay Pall so if there's a problem I can call on them to help.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not meet expectations, and we share your disappointment when our free next working day service does not perform as intended. As mentioned in our email communication, a vehicle breakdown was the cause of the delay with your Metabo tool and for that we apologise on behalf of our courier.
We select our courier partners based on service quality rather than cost, and their performance is monitored closely on a daily basis. We also carry out weekly reviews to address both overall trends and specific issues. Where ongoing problems are identified with particular routes or drivers, we can adjust the courier used at postcode level based on our data and customer feedback. However, there are occasions where delays arise due to factors outside of our control, such as accidents, breakdowns, and human error. In all cases, we work to resolve issues as quickly as possible and minimise any inconvenience caused.
As per your instructions, we have requested that your tool is returned to our warehouse and we are in the process of issuing a full refund.

Unbelievably good service
Unbelievably good service, needed a decent impact, they had the one i wanted, for the cheapest price I could see, the deliver was free and it came NEXT DAY! i got a time slot and it was within that slot, I've never experienced using the cheapest and getting the best service so hats off to Howe tools, will 100% be returning when I'm ready to get the rest of my tools, thanks guys
