Incredible customer service!!

I have been so excited to receive this camera, because I want to take more candid photos of my life without taking out my phone. Somehow the camera got lost by the post and I sent them an email. They got back to me immediately and have been very communicative the whole way through. They are replacing the lost item and made the whole process very easy. Thank you Klik !!!!

Disappointed because when it felt flimsy but was willing to try it out . When I received my camera and plugged it in to charge for the first time it wouldn't turn back on. So I reset it and took some photos. The next day I had to charge it again despite charging it the day before. Then it turned off and had to be reset again. I contacted Klik as this was a running issue. They asked me to send videos and photos of the evidence which I did they agreed it was faulty. I asked for a refund but was offered a replacement. The customer service wasn't that helpful and it was just a constant string of back and forth emails getting nowhere. I felt that I was entitled to a full refund as the product was faulty and did not work as it should. That's how CS is in the UK. I decide to escalate this issue with Paypal for a refund. Kill asked me to close the case so a replacement could be sent. After a month of my case being reviewed Klik finally offered a refund but the catch was they wanted me to send the camera back to Dubai and pay for shipping. But on their website it says they will cover the cost of shipping if the product is faulty. I was disappointed with this and after a month of stress for a camera that felt cheap I decided to close the case with Paypal because I wasn't getting any where with Klik and I also didn't have the cable and original packaging because I threw it away. I have seen other people on here and Reddit have similar issues. I would avoid and just buy a refurbished film camera.

I love this camera! small, light, and portable. Great way to unplug but still
capture the moment. Only struggle was importing them onto my phone, i have an older iphone 14 with a lighting charger, and the charger i use daily will not work. I even tried using the type c to type c cord it came with, with a lighting adapter on the end, didn’t work unfortunately. Finally i tried an SD card reader from amazon, with a lighting end for my phone and it worked just fine. Imported with no problems. I love my klik, and plan on gifting it to my friends and family

KLIK is amazing. They are genuine people who care about their customers and work with you no matter what. The camera is so awesome and I would recommend it to everyone

This camera is exactly as described. We used it to document our elopement dinner and everyone, including children had fun taking photos. It was a fun surprise to open our computer and see what was photographed. Easy to use and portable.

Finally caved on their alleged 30% OFF "sale" that has been running for... 8 months now. Extremely low quality for the price. They drop ship the EXACT same product that dozens had prior (*clickster, *mazunt, *timelns, and more) just using a new logo. Reverse image search their product and it becomes abundantly clear you are paying 5-6x+. It's sub $20 on alibaba.

Customer service a nightmare too. My SD card got jammed immediately, was never responded too.

I really love the mix of analogic and digital camera! The vibe images have is unique! The quality of images is not extremely high though, but in general they are very good! :)

The camera was good for a while. The quality is decent and it’s light but after a few uses the memory card got stuck in the camera. I reached out to customer services who told me to use a pair of tweezers to remove it. Ever since the memory card doesn’t stay in the camera and displays ‘No Card’ message so will not work. The customer service team did nothing to support me and I had only had the camera for about a month. Also the time stamps on the pictures are wrong so when converting them to my iPhone the dates are wrong. Would not recommend at all

Nice product, perfect delivery

I am literally unable to get my 100+ pictures. Ive connected the camera through USB-C with 3 different devices and the file doesnt pop up on any of them. Ive used multiple different cables and Ive had the camera on and off. Good product, cant access my pictures.

The team was helpful despite my experienced inconveniences of a lost package and then troubleshooting my camera. They were patient, and quick to answer any small or big question I had. I was very grateful for their kindness.

Received a camera for my girlfriend's birthday and unfortunately, it kept going flat even after charging for hours. Would turn on for one go and then gone again. I reached out and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Sent a video of the issue and within a couple of days a replacement camera was on the way. Will defo be back!

Fantastic customer service from KLIK - I contacted them regarding an issue with the camera and the team were amazing at communicating, suggesting ways of fixing the problem eventually coming to a solution. Would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing!

The camera is extremely low quality for the price. They are drop shipping from China so took 2 weeks to come, when trying to return you need to pay for shipping and customers which is £20-£40. Disappointing as their marketing and site make the product look half decent and not transparent they are drop shipping.

Great little old school cameras. Unboxes with the camera (well protected), a USB-C cable, wrist strap, and DIRECTIONS!! Easy to charge and the logos and lights are easy to interpret. The filters are easy to move between. I particularly like the Natural and B/W. These work really well for me. Vintage and Film not as much. The light is also actually pretty good and useful and well thought out. Access to the microSD is easy and it downloads easily through a card reader to a computer. Had mixed results trying to download directly to my iPhone, but no big deal. If the camera glitches, the reset button works well. Also customer support has been extremely quick to respond and helpful.

I purchased one of these to compare to one of another brand (the one whose name pops up as the market leader with screenless digital cameras for "snap"ing photos while "camp"ing). Klik was probably a smidge easier to use, and the quality of the photos better side by side. Also the filter is easy to change on the Klik and requires a computer access (I believe) for the alternative.

Happy enough that I purchased a number of them for an upcoming wedding to add a bit of nostalgia to the memories (with luck and some steady hands). Was going to purchase the cameras from the competitor, but their long delays to multiple emails (even when I confirmed a number to purchase etc.) was terrible.

So far nothing but a positive experience with Klik.

SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KLIK!! The whole thing is a scam the camera itself is not at all like advertised, it is more like a cheap toy and does not produce the images it claims to. Would give -5 if I could!! They are a fake business and have not provided me with a refund. I even paid shipping costs to send the camera back to them but it got returned because postal address they gave me is fake! Now I'm even shorter on money! I hope everyone sees this and is warned not to buy from Klik.

Exactly what I expected and hoped for. Super light and easy to use. Also arrived faster than I expected. Well worth the purchase.
