I ordered on this website and I received a Bootleg Nendroroid! This is not original product! Be careful!

I have just read your comments on Trustpilot.
JohnSmith-san is making an allegation that it has has placed an order in kaitainow for a Nendoroid and has received a non-genuine product.
But we have yet to ship any Nendoroids to France or United States.
All of the products we sell are genuine domestic products that come from Japanese distributors and Japanese wholesalers.
We are very confused about the content of the non-genuine goods that JohnSmith-san has received, as all of our products are genuine Japanese items.
We know all the information about all the products we are provided, we are provided from major Japanese wholesalers in Japan.
We believe that we must never cause any kind of damage or loss to our customers under any circumstances.
So, for our investigation, I asked Trustpilot to disclose the order number to me.
However, the order number in the information that JohnSmith-san gave to Trustpilot was a fake number, different from the order number used by us.
We will respond to any customer as soon as we receive any kind of inquiry or problem.
However, our customer support has not received any notification from our chat, email, or Paypal that you have received a non-genuine item.
The products we sell are always authentic domestic products, and our customer service team is always available to help you with any issues you may have.
All refunds are properly processed to all customers via Paypal, and I am honestly not satisfied with your allegation.
Based on all the information we have, it seems to us that you are harassing us because you don't like our impeccable Japanese reputation, but we don't understand why you are doing this.
I don't know what your intentions are in giving us a bad review with a fake order number, but I would ask you to please stop.
